What was the situation regarding us and QPR (first match at the Ricoh), I remember it was something like we had to give them 10% minimum of the tickets? But we didn't have the safety certificate and until we got that we didn't know how many we could give them as we didn't know what the maximum...

Well they're lowering the amount that Joy/SISU have to put in to make up difference between the income and outgoings. It's possible that this makes the losses viable and hence our extended stay at Sixfields, although stubbornness would be my bet.

I can't imagine that they're making any money on the attendances at Sixfields, but am happy to be corrected if someone has the actual figures to hand ;) Do we get carparking money, pitchside advertising or F&B revenue there?

No point in selling the freehold if SISU can then just liquidate the club following the sale. I can see the comments now about this "The debts are too high and the owners are unable to 'invest' any more.....the club cannot realistically continue as a going concern.....we had passed the tipping...
