Is your town a coventry city stronghold ?

Brackley . Used to have a few fans but don't know any others now. MK Dons on the up around here.

    The Way Forward

The odd thing is I think a lot of companies do actually believe this sort of 'mission statement' bollocks themselves. They mistake it for doing something. Invest in the team now - or go.

    Haynes to Derby or 'Boro

SISU really must draw the line now. More weakening of the squad will cost them more in the long run. Everyone knows that.

2015 What can we expect now

It needs to be rammed home to SISU that more relegations would ensure they lose everything they have ever spent. Another relegation would be critical, another after that, the end. Quite simply, they have to invest to get out of this shambles of their own making. Either that or go.

    Happy New Year To All

Happy New Year City fans - we will get over all this. Pusb

    Changing plans

I'd just point out to SISU something they may already know; relegation from the league altogether means they will certainly have to write off every penny they've ever spent. Getting back into the league is very, very difficult. So, one more relegation would be bad, another would be the end.

    New stadium site is known

Could be what happens, but given that Wasps' finances are also allegedly, how shall we put it, precarious, SISU might wait to see if they go tits up and they can get the stadium for nowt then.

Apart from CCFC, what else do SISU currently "invest" in ? Is it like an ISA ?

And, has SISU ever won a CCFC related court case? Can't think of anything but could be wrong. I know there's been plenty of litigation, I just wondered what the hit rate is.

    Name of a book

Interesting chap Gekoski - an American who studied at Warwick Uni. and started to watch us then. Now a successful book dealer and author. Staying Up is very good - won sport book of the year or something like that.

Were SISU offered the same deal as Wasps, Yes or No?

All these threads end in an argument now, don't they? SISU has poisoned the well and the day they go I will crack open a bottle of champagne. Merry Christmas and PUSB

    New David Conn article

Local authorities are being massacred with cuts at the moment, and there're far more to come. Central government won't cut it's own budgets so they're handing the blame down the line. Anyway, I've no doubt CCC is looking ahead and sees horrendous times coming and the Ricoh is just the sort of...

    CCFC Time Capsule unearthed

I remember reading a newspaper headline 'Coventry find a gem in Jones', I think after a goal at Everton. I'm pretty sure I went to that one.

    Christmas truce?

Look, we're going to get arguing with the state of things as they are. It's not a time to be happy frankly, with Sisu's sole plan seemingly to turn us into little more than a puppy farm selling off any decent player the academy turns out. There's a lot to be angry about.

    Lineker

It was goal of the century for me. And it wasn't the cup final winner. Tool.

    here we go...

This just confirms what we all knew anyway, SISU aren't even slightly interested in running a football club. Their only interest is, and always was, to get hold of the Ricoh for next to nothing. And what's so pathetic is that they couldn't have failed more spectacularly - they're not even any...

    here we go...

WTF is wrong with these people? They've claimed for 2 years they're not interested in the place, so why the concern now? They've also now stymied any chance of a decent relationship with Wasps. Absolute gold plated wankers.

    Badge coming down :(

Agree with all that, but we all know that 'we the fans' is very different from 'we owned by SISU'

    Dressing rooms not a drama

Agreed, that's the only kind of future that makes sense.

    Dressing rooms not a drama

Me too, and I will never, ever forgive SISU for pratting about when they could have bought the place for peanuts. Their idiotic posturing got exactly what it deserved but unfortunately they've dragged us down with them. We are where we are though and I'm quite convinced that our only future is...

    Letter from Pressley (Email)

At least the club is starting to make some sort of effort to win back fans. Praise where it's due,
