Just what 'solid business case' can you imagine Joy going for? The vast debt CCFC has (allegedly) racked up inder her is never going to be recovered and she needs to realise that. She also needs to realise by staying she'll be chucking even more good money after bad. NOPM is our only weapon.

One relegation might not bother Sisu, but a second should. Falling out of the football league would be a total disaster for Sisu as, effectively, all the club's income would dry up. They would then have to crystalise their losses and their investors will see just what a lousy job they've made of...

Anyone know what the legal status of academies is? Surely there must be some rules to stop them being used purely as cash generators for an owner who has no interest in the club succeeding?

Hill was, and still is, a hero for me too. But Robbins did give him a load of cash to buy players. We were the Man City or Chelsea of our day to some extent.

Has Sisu ever won a CCFC related court case?

It looks like Sisu have given up and just don't care anymore. Their exit strategy might just be to milk the academy until relegations finish the club off. They've stopped bothering to communicate, leaving Pressley to take the flak. It's all very, very sad.

They all get sold as soon as they're any good. The academy is now little more than a puppy farm. Just go SISU.
