Told you Ad!
Didnt go!What time in the game did you leave today?
No, not really. Most reasonable people realise just how big the step up is.
It makes it worse that we pissed the league last season by 11 points and wer’e the worst of the 3 that came upAnybody else just find the attention of the PL makes this so much worse? Feels like national humiliation![]()
If by “multiple” you mean 2. Then yes.Rudoni commited multiple fouls just because he was too slow.
Because if he doesn't, Grimes wafts them in for the keeper to catch.
Didnt go!
Last year went to about 2/3 didnt have a season ticket for personal reasons, imagine it will be similar this year.Do you go to most home games?
Just looked at Hull and Sunderland's stats this weekend. They both covered a lot more distance and twice as much sprint distance. Ipswich similar.Today Brighton covered 10km more in distance than us, some of that will be due to having more players for a time but if we're going to compete we need to be getting about the pitch a lot more.
They also sprinted 1.6km to our 1.1km, that's a massive difference.
Last week we were much more even or better on these metrics than Man City.
The team has just not adapted to the PL, fitness and therefore performance levels not good enough.
It may be better, if possible to look at the first half. Second half was just completely gone due to the red.Just looked at Hull and Sunderland's stats this weekend. They both covered a lot more distance and twice as much sprint distance. Ipswich similar.
I can take a lack of quality but a lack of running is just effort isn't it? Not good enough and hopefully Lampard recognises this very quickly.
A game plan of sitting off and letting the opposition have all the space and possession will do that.Just looked at Hull and Sunderland's stats this weekend. They both covered a lot more distance and twice as much sprint distance. Ipswich similar.

The midfield is a headache. Grimes / Onyeka doesn't work. I hope Torp, Yirenkyi, Hamer and Sakamoto will get a chance soon.
Would like to see Yirenkyi and Hamer to replace Onyeka and Grimes.
So where's his exact position? No, I just think he was played out of position. The whole set up was wrong. Rudoni has a place in the team but not as a wide player.
Excellent predictionGo after them from kick off. Like we did against Boro last season. This is a huge game. Coming off the encouraging Man City performance. Brighton are well capable of coming here and winning 3-0 if we're not at it.
Excellent predictionCoventry 0 Brighton 4
We've played two of the best teams in the world.Debunks your own argument then
we’ve played hull and Brighton at home
They’ve played Sunderland at home and palace away
Again no real difference. to say we’ve had the much harder start is a tad embarrassing when we’ve had 2 home games and scored 0 and conceded 6
We've played two of the best teams in the world.
Ipswich played Palace who had 10 for most of the game. They also had Sunderland at home first game and not buoyant Arsenal away.
Ipswich have had a much better start, but not being able to acknowledge they've also had a much more straightforward one is about what you'd expect from the kind of dimwit who can't spell their own user name, and who'd think a public transport network was employing software with the specific intention of defrauding them.
“Should be beating Brighton” laughablewhat utter crap
we’ve played Hull who we finished 20+ points clear off and almost everyone said we should be getting 3 points and Brighton at home who were missing 6-7 players
2 home games 0 goals and 6 conceded
The Arsenal and Man City argument means nothing when home form has started and his bad
Probably shouldn’t be losing 5-0 though“Should be beating Brighton” laughable

We should have got three points against Hull. The team selection was poor, going gung-ho was naive, and we can never break down low block.what utter crap

Agreed. We have but the most deflating performances were Hull and Brighton.
No, we should be expecting better than yesterday. But also saying 'we should be beating team X at home' as if they were some lower midtable Championship team is also plainly ridiculous. Are we going to have this tedious revisionism after every game of ‘well, we couldn’t possibly have hoped to get anything from THAT game anyway’?
“Should be beating Brighton” laughable
I don't think anyone disagrees with that.Probably shouldn’t be losing 5-0 though
