When I raised this issue on (I think) a thread about questions for the next Coventry City Supporters forum meeting I got negative feedback from Sky Blue Pete. I've only seen it once this season and once a couple of seasons ago, maybe you are nearer singers corner where the alcohol consumption might make incidents of that sort more likely.

No mate this is Block 21. I specifically got my ST there because I wanted no tension apart from someone occasionally not saying "excuse me" when they're making their way up or down the row!

This is just standard now everywhere you call no matter what time of day or what day you call.

Call centres and businesses have all the data on the number of calls coming in, how many callers are giving up, how long it takes to answer etc. Employ enough people to properly run your business!
