Yeah I reckon that’s the plan. With Wilson, Bidwell and Allen new deals I suspect we can get some cash for them now. Don’t expect them to be here for next season.

Stupida fa-cking gameyou got a bee on your hat
King seems quite smart, even if he can get a small amount of money for them he'll see the extension as worth doing. Makes sense to me, it all adds up.Yeah I reckon that’s the plan.
I’d rather see “made available for Transfer“ list. Now that would be worth waiting for !
no shocks it is more what happens to
Rodrigues

Thomas Asante
aswell as some of the older youth team players who are under contract - and hope we hold on to our better players
I think it's time to move on from Allen. Good pro and cannot fault his effort, but we need better now.
Really? You are not going to get much better as a player who will only be an occasional starter and bench player
Howleys got a host of L1 and L2 clubs interested.Burroughs will get a gig at L1 or L2. Howley I’m less certain on.

Of course we can.
We've already got one in Eccles.
Grendel is correct. Allen is a positive influence on the squad, it counts for a lotReally?
In reality Eccles needs to be starting regularly at his ageWhy would Eccles - who has been a regular - settle for that? He will at his age need a move.
On your point I agree, but to suggest you can’t find anyone better as a backup shows a lack of ambition/imagination imo. If the rumours are true that the team are planning to move him on then it would seem they agree.Grendel is correct. Allen is a positive influence on the squad, it counts for a lot
Who’s better that would come to be backup on his wages? On your point I agree, but to suggest you can’t find anyone better as a backup shows a lack of ambition/imagination imo. If the rumours are true that the team are planning to move him on then it would seem they agree.
YetSo basically with lost None of the first team squad from last Season.![]()
That’s a question for Dean Austin, but if the team ends up moving Allen on then clearly they think they can do better.Who’s better that would come to be backup on his wages?

I agree, but at this stage in his career, is he going to settle for that? You are not going to get much better as a player who will only be an occasional starter and bench player
It's always sad releasing a young player who has been with the club since whenever, in this case, u7 I think.Am I the only slightly sad about Howley? I have a memory of him stepping in at one point when we were in need and he really stepped up and showed promise. Thought he would eventually break through.
If you look at the list of players who won the same award he did three years ago, you have to be disappointed with how his development has gone in comparisonAm I the only slightly sad about Howley? Good newsHowleys got a host of L1 and L2 clubs interested.
Apart from Will Truman that now plays for Buxton lolIf you look at the list of players who won the same award he did three years ago, you have to be disappointed with how his development has gone in comparison

Victim of our success. Had he been of the Bayliss/Shipley age we’d have probably given him opportunity in leagues two and one.Am I the only slightly sad about Howley?
