Israel - Palestinian Conflict (1 Viewer)

I wonder why the oil producing US of A is calling for Israel to strike Iranian oil producing facilities.

Thank fuck we have a UK oil industry. For now.

And I say that knowing one could argue it could be different without Israel, but that is just a hypothetical that is a poor argument

Sure but it's not up to the USA to decide how they govern and live

Alot of people view what Israel are doing as genocidal in gaza ?

The US, and many western nations, including our own, are party to the issue, but the region has its own issues.

Sunni vs Shia, Iran vs Saudi, Israel vs Iran... I just want a just peace. I have no idea how anyone can take sides, they're all as bad as each other.

I don't think any country in the middle east would get away with doing what Israel are doing to gaza to any other country .

I am not going to say anymore than what I have said as clearly you have your views, and I have mine, and mine is that all sides are cunts and no moral equivalence can be given on either side.

I'll just say this, further to my previous comment, and the last one I will have. As I am sure we all are, I am a proud Coventrian, I love peace and reconciliation, our city is literally based on that premise, and I am a fierce pacifist.

If you want Israel to stop bombing Gaza, Yemen, Lebanon and Iran, I agree. If you want Iran to stop bombing Israel, I agree with you. I just hope people get round a table!

You can equate blame to all parties, and all sides have been responsible for escalating conflict and committing atrocities. But there's only one party who (as has been widely acknowledged) have killed tens of thousands of civilians. I would argue there is a moral difference between murdering tens of thousands of civilians, and murdering one thousand - even though both are morally abhorrent.

Given that we're following this upset with action on their behalf I think we're endangering world peace and should not be having anything to do with it!
We're the equivalent of Italy or similar to the last big one,IMO!!
 
Netanyahu telling UN to get its peace keeping troops out. The US really need to tell him to fuck off, but they won’t because of the upcoming election.

In other news, it’s claimed that Israel have killed 42,000 Palestinians. It really is a rogue state.

He belongs in The Hague, or better yet suffer the same fate as Hussein, Gaddafi and Bin Laden.
