*if we stay up
And that is what he has been brought into do. It is clear we have lacked experience at this level.

Got to say, while his passing and corners are impressive, I don’t think he’s an organiser like Kelly, nor does he get his foot in on the edge of the box like Sheaf. If we’re so tight for budget we can’t have more than one fit striker and one capable AM, we really shouldn’t be wasting it on luxury players in non-essential positions with questionable fitness.
Sometimes it’s get what’s available to improve the squad

Kinda want pask out on loan. To get 12 games under his belt and see how he does. He's played 6 games in a year and a half out of position
I think he has potential so that is the best option for him to go out on loan unless the plan next season is to buy some center halves because the only one we own right now that I can see doing good next season is Fadz because Ostigard is not likely to come back and Hyam has been woeful at times and Rose we have no clue about. To me we need to get 2 more in whether we sign Ostigard and a Left sided center half or get 3 center halves because honestly I cant see us doing any better with the center backs we have unless the get better

100%

I’d add a GK as well. It’ll give the rest of the team confidence to play further up too. Of course we also need an AM, a ST and a LWB. Serious surgery needed if we’re to kick on.

I 100% agree with you because going into this season I thought we had a really good team but that veiw has changed as the season has gone on and shown me that we need improvements to compete to finish higher

Our team though has been decimated all season, currently we have the whole spine of our first choice first eleven out Marosi, Rose, Kelly and Godden three of them for most of the season so far, I challenge any team to handle that, we saw the difference when Kelly was back for a bit before Xmas. Not ideal but I see us being six points above the drop slots as a positive. But I’m looking to our owner to help preserve our championship status which financially is imperative then money should be found to bring at least one other in.

Watford have said Glen Murray is training on his own and free to join any club.

Wouldn’t mind having his experience up front.

Nor would many other teams. Problem is he's probably content sat on his £30k p/w. What would we pay him with? We can't have another loanee in the squad either. Plus would take a while to get fit as not played since October & not even training with the squad anymore.

Couldn't sleep last night tried to work out who could go out this next week.

Baka - loan but prob view to perm. Despite lack of options there's no smoke without fire. I'm gutted we'll never get to chant full blast 20 goals.

Kasta - are we really stuck with him for another year and a half? Surely we can loan him out ala hilsner to lower league for fitness. I still harbour dreams of him getting 10 mins and just smashing one fucker in and sbt breaking

- pask. Once rated as prem league but a poster on here I trust. He's played about 6 games in a year and half, 22 and needs game time at cb. Get him out on loan now. Josh, do your thing then pal. I have faith

Eccles - surprised we brought him back as started last 4 in a row but trust MR and assume he'll go out. Deserves another league 1 club taking the plunge.

Drysdale - same as above

Blaine Rowe - yes I really struggled to sleep. With Burroughs and young out at conf North. Rowe was highly rated last season before injury and did well pre season. For me I'd look for conf style level again.

JT - cameo last game. Assume he'll start for us wed. Take your chance mate but if not, assume he'll be loaned out.

I'm a big believer in loan spells for younger players. Apparently Burroughs (scored a scream midweek) and young (ripping defences to pieces) are doing really well and this needs to continue
