I get your frustration, but ultimately we have no funds. We have no ground and no source of revenue, to stay up this year would be a real achievement. We all know it's a bit dull to watch, but better than being at Yeovil! 😱

Joy needs to decide whether or not putting in a bit extra now is worth it compared to taking an even bigger hit to finances by getting relegated. The squad needs more bodies through no fault of anyone

If you had 34 crosses on football manager you'd turn it off thinking it had broken

In that game every match is like that

It’s down to team set up for me tbh

We can only set up in one of 2 or 3 ways though and it's not as though we haven't had chances. The final ball has been terrible and players look more afraid to shoot with every game. It's nearly a carbon copy of our first 10 fixtures.

It’s easy to dominate the game when you gift a goal to the opposition early on and they look happy to sit on their lead. We created nothing of note so on that basis we deserved to lose the game,

We dominated them before the goal too, it was totally against the run of play. Up to the 18 yard line it was all us.

Today was the final straw for me, both goals he could have stuck a boot through them. Extremely lucky not to give away more goals with idiocy at the back

We've conceded 7 in 9 since Wilson came in. Yes there have been some defensive mistakes and he's made a couple. The issue is at the other end of the pitch. We've only scored 7 in 9 but even that is boosted by scoring 3 against Rotherham. We just don't score enough.

Not too downhearted tonight. We were the better team, but lacked cutting edge. Reminded me of the Bristol City game in many ways. Played some great stuff first half, gifted them one chance and they scored. Despite his error, Sheaf was running the show for the most part.

I'm back to suggesting we get certain players scoring open goals in training

He’s getting worse and showing why he’s a League 2 keeper - i can only presume Camp has a heft pay as you play deal.

Not saying he's great, he's a career backup for a reason. Just don't think he's the cause of our problems. Wouldn't be against switching to Camp.

He isn't wrong with most of that commentary, we dominated the game but just didn't make anything of it and conceded only through two mistakes

To me though that means that we failed in 2 significant requirements of the game of football. If we continue them we will the best ever game dominators ever to be relegated. I don’t mind hearing it once in a while but it’s too often. A team that throw goals away and can’t score is by definition a poor team

I don’t know what’s more painful the lack of scoring goals or the stupid mistakes constantly to give away goals.

we don’t even look like scoring. Constantly over playing it or getting it in a good position and play it backwards. The same predictable corner routine week after week. The same substitutions.

we won’t have the money for mass personal changes in January. So we need to try something slightly different with what we have.

No, but I think someone with Camp's experience would have barked at someone to clear the first one and would have stuck a boot through the second one. In the absence of Marosi who has an understanding with the defence, an experienced head is the next best thing.

Don't disagree I'm just saying that his basic analysis was right. He isn't going to throw the whole team under the bus for a couple of errors, the first up which allowed Preston to just sit behind the ball pretty much

fair point
I’m just very disappointed. Beginning of this month I thought the corner was turned but it looks fairly bleak. I’m not sure the club as a whole is ready for this level and I just enjoy seeing us compete whatever league that is in. A drop down until we can compete financially may be right for us

The injuries have just been a bridge too far for this squad. All medium-long term, all important players. Not like Norwich who can field two first teams for this level

I will just say that at half way I’m delighted with the overall position but the current trend is the worrying part, like we have run out of steam and ideas

Don't think we're ever going to compete financially so we just have to try and make it through this season and build from there, be it with Robins or somebody else. I'm pretty downhearted by the current form but then look at the league table and I'd take the league finishing tomorrow.
