So what if Chaplin is young compared to Collins, they are both professionals who get paid to score goals. If he doesn't start then he needs to play his part, and hopefully he comes on to score the lucky winner.
Wonder if he will shush their fans?

Okay, down to business. Glicko vs Elo.

Here are the Elo grades, and I now feel fully justified for using the Glicko system instead.

Just a hell of lot more accurate.

Of course the Elo grades would differ between whomever has set them up. This, however, is quite noticeably pants.

I would stick with the same team that won the last two games or as close as possible.
Keep Chaplin on the bench unless needed.

I'm partly concerned that Mr Drysdale will try and "level" the playing field, so much is being made on social media about his officiating over our successes. Regardless of that, I am crap at betting and always bet against Cov so long may that continue, 2-1 Portsmouth. Hiwula in the first half then goals either side of half time for Pompey.

I just hope everyone from both teams enjoy the game and the sunshine and we have no repeats of last weeks headlines from the stands.

Where more commenting and reporting has been made about the actions of a few in the stands than the amazing success the team had on the pitch :D

Nice day for it today, I hope Robins has got some suncream for Drysdale's head just to remind him that we care about him too.

Can’t see anything but a loss today with an early Pompey goal. Really hope I’m talking shite again but 2-0 defeat .....with Chaplin over egging the applauding of the locals at the end

It's fantastic that we're in with a (faint) shout at the business end of the season. I'm with the optimists, and predicting a 3-2 triumph for the boys in Sky Blue. Will this be the game where our strikers finally hit that barn door with their banjoes? Safe travel to the faithful and I hope it's a day in the sun to remember.

Dont think he will be on the bench

How does it usually work if players dont make the squad? Would have thought they would go and watch still?

Not sure why people are saying they can’t see anything other than a home win. The win at Burton flattered Pompey and from what I’ve read they haven’t been overly convincing in some of the other games.

Play like we did offensively at Sunderland and we have every chance.....as long as the defence tightens up...

It's weird with these kickoff times, means team news will be at 11.30!

See the game is sold out. Deffo would have been several hundred more Cov if we had a longer time to buy or pay on the day....but you can see why they wanted them back. Still, 2 thirds of the end will be Cov.

glad Mason is back but really can't understand what's going on with Brown.
Lots of rumours of fall outs with players and staff. Heard he was disruptive as soon as he turned up. If I was manager I'd be keeping that player as far away from the team as possible, get him off the wage book in the summer. At least Mason has a season of experience he wouldn't have otherwise.

Has to be have been told he can move on in the summer. Hope that's the end of experimenting with signing players on their way back from knee injuries too. Already got Jones and Biamou to ease back in next season. Not enough space in the squad if we're to bring through the next wave of youngsters too.

Same as Grimmer I guess. Letting them just drift away.

Isn't it the same sort of formation as we play? Hawkins up front with Lowe out wide, Evans the other side and Pitman just behind?

Will be interesting to see how they match up. Think Bright is gonna have to work hard to get his space today if they do have 2 deep CMs and he'll be key to us having a chance of winning.
