Wycombe missing Paul Hayes, reckon we defend our way to a 1-0 win with Clarke scoring from a corner.

Bit of a pointless competition but really want us to win this one purely for how many players from our own academy are in the squad.

I looks like how you would say 'bauble' as in xmas tree decoration, but I'm probably totally wrong and it's more like 'enewblay' ....................I don't have a clue.

The games seems to have started a bit flat as Clive and Co are now discussing the Chair Museum.

First proper chance for Wycombe after 15 mins. Goes just wide. Came about from Swanson losing possession, not for the first time today!

Refs not keen on using this spray. Can only presume he's not been on the training course

Is this going to be one of the quietest/shortest match threads ever - any actual match updates -P.S> I want Cody Mac injured at Stevenage tonight (out for one game will do - nothing serious)

Do you remember we were talking earlier about the Burton game at the Ricoh being the worst in history.........

Strikers still isolated/seeing very little of the ball?

@AndyTurnerccfc: 26 mins gone and all a bit low key at Adams Park where #skyblues have not had a single shot yet #pusb

I'll take that as a yes then

Swanson looking good....but that's it! Just set up McNugget who had one off the line after rounding the keeper....sigh

THe BBC stats show 50:50 for possession after 26 minutes, but with City not having one shot? Just a tad disconcerting.

Swanson on the run after a knock down from McQuoid from a long throw out by Burge, runs at goal with Coulibaly up with him, played him in, and Coulibaly runs at the keeper takes it round him, shoots towards goal and the chance is cleared before crossing the line. Best chance so far

Coulibaly doesn't strike me as a striker so think that makes McQuoid isolated alone.

I think he's naturally a winger

Was just thinking the same thing, If I am right I think his fitness is the only thing keeping him out of the first team at the mo.

Two slips by our defenders, their player gets the ball but slips also (quite comical) but he recovers and maintains possession, plays it into the box but shot goes over

Burge looking very lost at every goal kick / throw out. The short ones were set up for don't suit his game!

Anyone else think playing 5 at the back against a league 2 side is daft? Would have been a good opportunity to see how we fared in a 4-4-2

Thought so too, which is strange considering we turned down Patrasso who plays a similar role and we said he wasn't needed!

Is quite negative. Would have preferred us to try something different today. Good opportunity for changing things I say, although is a change of formation AND 7 personnel too much change?

He is getting on my tits!! It's like he's been given orders to roll it to the full backs at every opportunity! Scared to kick it. Not impressed me at all. Saying that no-one apart from Swanson and Willis have.
