Looks to me like the minimum is 2k unless your stadium is under 20k then it’s 10%

Not sure where you got that from but several clubs, following a google search, indicate its 3000 as i stated.

In the 2025/26 Premier League season, away allocation rules require a minimum of 3,000 tickets for visiting teams at grounds with over 30,000 capacity, while smaller stadiums must offer a minimum of 10% of seats. The EFL handbook as it 2k or 10% if smaller ground, they have different rules than the PL
