Had this problem and after 40 mins it randomly worked. Guess just keep trying and it’ll work eventually. On the plus side, this shouldn’t sell out fast so you have a bit of time

Don't know where you're sat but just got a response about mine in B35, R36 from the ticket office

I can confirm your ticket is not in the designated 'family zone' area.

A lot of banks, card providers, websites have been impacted by an AWS outage this morning. Probably what caused it. I've lived that issue this morning.
