So your view is that we spend more millions on another keeper, despite already having a young keeper we spent millions on. One of those keepers is then surplus to requirements come January. It’s not like outfield players, instead one is just out of the team. Effectively like setting fire to your money. Plus, would the keeper come knowing they’re at serious risk come January.
If it’s a loan, who is that player? I haven’t seen a suggestion so far. In effect we’d be trying an unproven keeper at first team level.
You’re over the top about Wilson. He’s not brilliant but he’s been competent at the level for us, and he’s played enough games for it not to be a case over over performance.
