Looking at that squad doesn't fill me with joy it's startling to see how much we ideally still need. Left back for me is the biggest priority surely. Hopefully Hamer signs but we need a big physical presence in there too RLC/Dennis/Bondo that type of player. Left winger a must Mudryk would be like pinch myself and a striker which will be the toughest position finding someone who will actually make a difference.

Mudryk on loan probably wouldnt be as bad as some are thinking, as someone pointed out before with Tonali it took him 2 months to get back to match sharp, LW is actually a position we have someone who is (probably) good enough in EMC so there wouldnt be too much pressure on Mudryk to be ready straight away, and he’d be ready to make a difference by November/Christmas time in the hectic period of the season

Must have misremembered then as I thought it was quoted 2 months before he put in a decent performance, which Mudryk wouldnt have the same pressure as he isnt a key player for us that we signed for however much. I also dont think there are many Wingers out there who would come in wanting to be a backup to EMC, whereas someone in that situation might be a bit more understanding. Even if its 6 months he’d be ready for the business end of the season
