Nothing new to me. Happens every time I go out on the pull tooGo for it, although I'm not sure you should have talked your tipping record up so much, as you're kind of building yourself up for a fall!!
I'm interested in betting tips, my biggest tip is to not chase your money back when you lose

I'll bet you don't have a girlfriend. What are the odds? Not posting Saturdays football bets yet but as I said before, I write greyhound racing previews. The greyhound derby first round begins on Thursday and there's some great value to be had in my opinion.
Here are a few of my bets and reasoning if you're interested.
Outright (Shop Around) e/w 1/4 odds 1,2,3,4,5,6
Calico Ranger @ 66/1 0.5pt e/w (Available at Coral)
Calico Brandy @ 100/1 0.25pt e/w (Available at most places) (Shortened from 150/1 since yesterday)
Clash @ 125/1 0.25pt e/w (Bet365)
Black Farren @ 50/1 0.5pt e/w (Available in places)
Total Stake - 3pt
There's a lot of impressive young puppies this time in Droopys Biker, Droopys Verve, Rising Brandy, who are all posting some very impressive times around Towcester in trials and races. However, at odds as short as 14/1, I'd rather be a layer than a backer. Inconsistency out the boxes can show in pups and they haven't the proven stamina to be running as soon as every four days. CALICO RANGER & CALICO BRANDY are from my favourite litter. Trained in Coventry by Carol Weatherall, these two have shone in recent times. Brandy finished 2nd in the Astute Electronics Gold Cup and can keep qualifying with his staying ability. And Calico Ranger has only finished outside the top three six times in his career. He shot to center stage with an impressive victory on derby final night last year (I won a tasty penny on that run), and has since picked up some of the Uk & irelands best greyhounds from up to 12-lengths off the pace. The sole reasoning behind these two is that they'll keep qualifying, and both have the proven ability to stay the distance. CLASH I backed in the Coral Olympic at Hove and when he reached the final, I was ecstatic. Unfortunately after crowding, he didn't show and finished 4th that time out. You ought to see his recent trial around Towcester though. With a calculated time of 29.15, he's actually posted one of the fasted times in the run-up to the derby and at 125/1, I couldn't miss out. BLACK FARREN finished 2nd in the Irish Derby final behind my ante-post pick, Good News, and has since moved to champion trainer, Mark Wallis, in England. He's gone from strength to strength since the move and is sure to be a massive player in this years derby.
Fastest Sectional (Ladbrokes only) e/w 1/4 odds 1,2,3,4,5,6
King Elvis @ 8/1 1.5pt win
Dropzone @ 25/1 0.5pt e/w
Rising Brandy @ 25/1 0.5pt e/w
Clash @ 33/1 0.5pt e/w
Bockos Alfie @ 66/1 0.25pt e/w
Total Stake - 5pt
Top Bitch (e/w 1/4 odds 1,2,3)
Black Eyed Hula @ 20/1 0.5pt e/w (Ladbrokes & Bet365)
This bitch loves Towcester. With a best calculated time of 29.35 over the 500m, she can turn in to a greyhound who will continue to qualify. She has a brilliant draw for the first round and even that could be enough to win her this market. Especially considering there is only 13 bitches in the entire competition. The favourite in the Top Bitch market is Bull Run Button. However, with her first round draw, she'll likely be heading home early.
I'll bet you don't have a girlfriend. What are the odds?
It is a dodgy market as not only can anything happen, but you also don’t know what dogs will be gambled on for the most part. I’m going to focus on Coventry City in here. Just thought a couple might be interested in the dogs with the derby starting tomorrowDefinitely up for a bit of this CM.
I used to trade the horses on Betfair for a bit of side cash, but it's quite hard work for not much reward. Always interested in anyone who does proper analysis in search of value, though I must confess that I've always seen the dogs as a bit of a dodgy market. Probably unfair that and perhaps based on prejudice rather than logic.
Anyway, yep, keep it coming, and if you've got a solid way to identify drifters or steamers on any market let me know and I'll share the wealth mate!
This bitch loves Towcester.
Hi guys, First time visiting this forum in about four years. I was wondering what kind of interest there would be on Sky Blues betting tips as a bit of fun?
A bit about myself... I currently write greyhound racing previews, tips, and SP guides for a number of online and high-street bookmakers. I've found a lot of success betting on the sky blues this season and last, which is surprising being a Sky Blues fan.
A few of the correct scores landed:
Coventry 3-2 Wycombe @ 28/1
Coventry 3-1 Swindon @ 20/1
Coventry 4-0 Grimsby @ 37/1
And that's just three of the 12 correct scores landed this season. In addition to that, the correct score in the Checkatrade Trophy final @ 12/1 and City to win & BTTS @ 13/2
For those familiar with betting, you'll understand, for those not; it'll work on a point based system to keep level stakes and to make profit. My point stake is £20. However, you set yours at what you can afford. It doesn't matter if it's 10p, £1, or £100, remember to only bet what you can afford to lose.
Examples:
Coventry vs Lincoln
Both Teams To Score @ 11/10
2pt win
or
Sky Bet League 1 - Outright
Coventry City @ 18/1
1pt e/w (2pt total stake)
or
Coventry vs Lincoln
Both Teams To Score @ 11/10
Derby vs Cardiff
Cardiff to win @ 7/4
1pt Double
I'll post reasoning behind selections and try and get them up the night before the match at the latest, and I'll record and post profit/loss chart with each selection. And I've got two lined up before the Morcambe game that I think have some great value, and hopefully get these off to a good start. I'm not above backing against Coventry. However, I'll try to avoid it where possible.
Let me know what you think and if anyone's interested. I can also set up an e-mail subscription so I can send them direct to inbox if you want.
i am up for giving this a go
just tell us which betting site is sponsoring you though eh?
p.s 2pt would be 40 quid for you then?
Good luck with this.No sponsoring. I wish. I do my greyhound write ups as freelance work for a company called abelson Info who sell them to bookmakers so they don’t have to hire their own writers. That’s all. If I actually wanted to make money from it, I’d be sprouting sign up offers like tipster sites do.
And 2pt for me would be £40, yes. 0.5pt e/w would be £5 e/w as another example.
Good luck , i ve done the dogs, it ll add to my Mcnulty ew Did u tip that ! ?
Interesting reading you know ur stuff mateNot sure whether to start a new thread for each tip, so I’ll just post my first on here.
My initial tip was going to be City to finish as top Midlands Club @ 11/4. It would mean Coventry would need a victory at the weekend and Notts County lose at home to Luton, both of which entirely plausible. However, with prices now out for the weekends league 2 games, it’s better value to back the Coventry & Luton double. If you wish to back this double, I’d recommend a 1pt win double with betfair at just about 7/2.
Morcambe won’t make it easy for Coventry though. They’re without a win in their previous 9 games. However, 6 of them have finished in a draw. This is also their last chance to secure safety in league 2 and a point may well be enough to do so based on goal difference. Similar could be said for the Sky Blues as just a point could be enough to secure a playoff place, and 3 points, our highest place finish in 48-years.
For those reasons, I’d be tempted to back Morcambe draw no bet, but with the sky blues new found goal scoring form (And leaky defense), it’s unlikely that this will be a low scoring affair, and not worth the risk of backing against City. In 2018, the Ricoh Arena has seen a massive 37 goals in just 10 games. Over 2.5 goals is priced up at 7/4 with Unibet and 13/8 at Paddy power (If you're looking for a high-street bookmaker).
As we all know, Sparky is in scintillating form. He's scored 15 goals since January and has been a key part to our final push for a play-off place in the second half of the season. Backing him for goals seems like a good bet as of late and I will be here.
Recommended bets:
Over 2.5 Goals @ 7/4 (UniBet. 13/8 in PaddyPower)
2pt win
Coventry to Win & BTTS @ 4/1 (Nearly Everywhere)
1pt win
Mark McNulty to score 2 or more goals @ 9/2 (Bet365 & SkyBet)
1pt win
I'd wait till the match has finished before you say that, hahaInteresting reading you know ur stuff mate

How about not coming on here and promoting gambling? PrickAgain, I get paid to write these, and I’m sharing them with the forum just as a bit of interest as I’m good at what I do too.
How does the saying go? If you don’t have anything nice to say, shut the fuck up.
Only promoted responsible gambling. That's how a points system works. You bet what you can afford to lose. If you can't afford to bet, don't bet.How about not coming on here and promoting gambling? Prick

I'm allowed to read aren't I? That's how you learn things. I was calm until I saw the 'bookies' response to Johnny Blue telling him to shut the fuck up!Any reason you re on this thread if you re not interested, so weak willed to make your own mind up or want to tell people what to do.

Just as worrying, yet just as legal! What about the thread discussing where to drink before a game...

Because he threw a personal insult out of nowhere, as have you. My comment was also a tongue-in-cheek play on a popular phrase. I'm also not a bookie.I'm allowed to read aren't I?
