It's a bit shitty to fine people for spending money at the club either in the shop or ticket office

Went and purchased tickets over a few different days, hadn’t clocked that you have to put a code in now for the free hour, thought you still had it automatically.
Not the nicest present 3x£60 fines.
Anyone had success appealing on the basis of naivety and stupidity on my part thinking it was as per the year before.

Write to the land owner first.

When filling in details with the parking firm make sure you say you are the registered keeper.

I think they can only prosecute the driver and the parking firms don't have power to find out who the driver is, unless you say you were the driver.

Something like that anyway.

I guess now I know it’s fine, will put the code on, I just don’t remember it being changed to have to be proactive on the hour from the previous method. Have appealed through the APCOA site

Doesn’t matter. The parking company has the ownership of parking. Like pubs and hospitals,

If you speak to the club then they can contact the parking company if they see fit.

Hi MMJ, had one myself when getting the new shirt. It's changed from an hour to 30 mins now. Dont go this week as Goliath poker on and you have different rules but I got mine cancelled. Go to the main atrium and see Amelia on the CBS desk. She was super helpful and sorted mine for me.
