Imo the only planned subs Lampard likes to make, is when all options are available, to run his wide players hard for an hour or so and then give the defenders something different to think about for the last 20/30 mins.

Context - Lampard was asked if Pinnock had a pre-season and was fit to start. Lampard confirmed he's fit. Absolutely nothing to read into it.
