We've won both league matches when they have been missing. Kent isn't even guaranteed a first team spot when he is available.

Very very very disappointing. Cancel Fortune's contract and get another striker in. Centre half needed also.

Great cross in by Murphy low across goal but no one reads it.

Couple of corners, came to nothing.

Must be about it

Pissed off. Hope Mowbray considers whether MAF is worth retaining, he's been subbed a few times now, not showing his famed industry and no goal threat. Recall George Thomas.

Disappointing but we move on

Too many weak links in the team today. Fortune, Phillips, Burge, Thomas etc.

Thoroughly pissed off with cup ineptitude. Big part of following football for me and we've fucked it up again

Poor poor poor. Did we even test their keeper apart from the goal?

For a change, Murphy I thought was the only one who showed up for us today.

Wish we'd opted to play an injured RCC though!

Awful game. If that's how were gonna be when they (Kent, Armo) we are doomed !! I know it's only a cup game but still disappointing

Could have played another 46 minutes and we wouldn't have scored. That was poor

No shock result at Ricoh today. And, it has to be stated - Steady and encouraging progress made in this competition based on twelve months ago.

Their GK (L2) much better than ours (L1).

We'd have won that if Lee Burge could catch. Once teams decide to shut up shop we've got no way of breaking through.

Yes, we lost to a better team. Maybe next season we'll lose to an even better team. Progress indeed.

Northampton done us over again.!! What do we do if we lose our loan players or if they injured.

This is worrying!

It wasn't no Kent or Armstrong that made the difference. It was no Vincelot and no RCC.

Armstrong would've done non better than Sambuo out there today. We can't break teams down.

we will always be rubbish if we depend on loan players if you don't put out your best team what can you expect

Well yep, not a shock at all. I wasn't there today, but when you analyse it, we were missing our number one keeper, our top goalscorer and our only true defensive midfielder in Vincelot too.

Then Tudgay and Cole were missing and Phillips got injured (if that's correct).

It was an uphill task. Thomas has hardly kicked a ball in anger in months and Burge was making mistakes before when he was in the team. There was seemingly little goalscoring threat available either.

No shock at all today unfortunately and it just reinforces the fact that we need more bodies in the squad.

Today, if you count Reda and Willis too, we had 8 players missing. Reda, Willis, RCC, Cole, Kent, Vincelot, Armstrong, Tudgay.

We can't function properly with so many out.

According to CWR Burge did nothing wrong and kept us in the game with a world class save.

Losing Rcc will be huge. Burge is a liability

On a positive note looks like mowbray may have given up on Phillips? We need a cb or rb in asap

How did samnou and lateef look? Potential?

Ricketts at fault for their second goal. Burge did ok today. Sambou looks very able. Murphy our only real threat

Sorry to be blunt, but how could we put our 'best team' out today? And by logic, that would dictate we include the loan players anyway (even though we couldn't), so I'm not sure what you're getting at, mate.

But on the positive side, at least we won't have the humiliation of getting knocked out by Salford City in the next round, as would invariably have happened.

You could tell the defenders have no confidence, how many passes back today compared to normal?

Up front was non existent.
