Peterbrough Today are suggesting we are also looking at Aaron Chapman, again a Goalkeeper.

Telegraph reporting Norris and his link with Badlan. No mention at all of the goalkeeping coach though!

Telegraph once again lifting stories from here then. Can you charge them commission?

Thinking about it, it’s quite funny that they used to harangue you over posting their articles on here, considering we are their main source of news.

The best one was when I posted an image of a trialist I spotted in a training pic, I put an arrow to them. They just lifted the exact image and used that and then a week later Gilbert was on here threatening to send an invoice because somebody copy and pasted a paragraph.

How can we have an exciting summer ahead with regards to transfers when we have no idea on income or budgets for the forthcoming season. The huge drop in commercial revenue and ST's will cost the club massively due to the ground share. I'm genuinely fascinated to know how the club think they're going to bridge the gap. Do they have knowledge of an upcoming Wilson sale, or will Bayliss and others be sold to generate revenue?

Perhaps our budget is set on the previous years income.

Can't be if we used the Mcnulty money on Baka, Hiwula and Chaplin. Plus from my knowledge it has never worked like that. It may be Sisu fund the shortfall? If they are confident they might win any EC complaint/legal action then they could be due compensation and add all these losses as damages?

The fact that Robins hasn't walked, and recruitment is driving ahead suggests to me that the backroom team are confident they either have backing or we will be at the Ricoh

What, the previous income that's already been spent? I highly doubt that. It boils down to 3 separate possibilities. Either we're selling our key assets, the club has knowledge of an impending Wilson sale or they're confident of a Ricoh deal being agreed. The only other possibility is, and it's one for the tin foil hat brigade; a proportion of the Maddison sell-on clause was put aside to fund a groundshare in the event Wasps refused to grant an extension on the rental agreement.

That would mean some decent planning. I can't see it.

To be honest neither can I, I literally pulled that from thin air. I personally think whatever budget we'll have will be dependant on a combination of hoping Wilson is sold and Bayliss being moved on. Hardly comforting if that's what the club is basing its annual budgets on though - things that may or may not come to fruition.

Or whoever is funding the legal action agreed to cover the playing budget with an equity injection

What about the cost of the annual rental fee, the drop in commercial revenue and the drop in ticket sales. Are they covering that as well? As realistically they'll have to cover more than the playing budget if we move to St. Andrews. You're looking at an equity injection that would reach into the millions - and dwarf the cost of all previous legal action.

It was covered at Sixfields - you can’t submit a budget to include player sales that might happen so it’s actually the only answer

We weren't paying 7 figure rental fees each year at Sixfields though. We left the Ricoh because of that exact reason. You might know better than me but I just can't see that happening.

Or ccfc is being sold.
