It's like playing FM when ex players start becoming coaches. Someone on here says it's a worrying appointment but I've just seen Arsenal have just appointed Colin kazim Richards as coach for their u18s. On paper you'd say that's a weird appointment

Probably easier to impart wisdom than impose it!! That just sounds like the P.E teacher at school who was shit at every other subject and got his revenge on the kids, sadistic fuckers.
