What I’m amazed at is you didn’t consider this behaviour to potentially warrant that and are whining that someone tried to stamp on the blokes head

Fuck around and find out is pretty accurate

It doesn't warrant it, just because you think it does that doesn't make it true. Read the law if you're that bothered by it.

The issue was resolved without lethal force. So on what planet would lethal force have made the situation better?

They would be dead and we wouldn’t be subjected to this pathetic trial when they claim to be victims

I’m glad Chris Kaba is dead and I’d be happy if they were. If an officer managed to stamp on his head I’d just think he deserved it

Do you ever contribute to a thread without resorting to calling someone a racist?

He liked a post from an IRA sympathiser who was gloating at the death of Norman Tebbit

No I don't. But I am at least aware of them and able to interpret them, unlike you.

So you agree the killing of Kaba was justified and the attempted stamp also was as neither have resulted in a criminal conviction? So why go on about it?

To be clear a head stamp is attempted murder. There’s no safe way to stomp a head. I’m not even saying they didn’t deserve it. I’m saying those who don’t want the government to be able to attempt to murder people in the street without due process might not just be OK with woman beating.

Actions have consequences though, I'd say an unprovoked push and a head stamp is borderline attempted murder.

What happened here his an extreme reaction to extreme provocation, I don't think any amount of training can prepare anyone for that situation.

The whole thing is a farce.

I don’t blame him personally. I think I’d want to know how it got to the point where they were overpowered and feared for their lives. But I get that he had seen his colleagues attacked and was fearing for his and their safety if that person got back but. Like you say you can’t condone it but I think the issue started much earlier.

The footage being released at the trial once again shows why we should all wait before deciding where we stand on anything like this.

One thing that has struck me as slightly odd is that so far every police witness has criticised members of the public for not getting stuck in and attacking the people the police were attempting to arrest. Is it just me because it would never cross my mind to dive into the middle of a police arrest and start throwing punches.

"Police gonna police" though, carrying out racist attacks.

Hope the pair of cunts get locked up for a long while. The absolute cheek to pose for their victim pictures with that dodgy lawyer. Their mum to say the police hit her when the footage came out showing it was her own son.

Soldiers getting stabbed on our steers. The Manchester Bombing, the London Bridge attacks, the 7/7 and 21/7 attacks, Parliament attacks, the Reading park attacks, the Grooming Gangs, 10s of thousands of Islamic Terrorists on a watch list in Britain. All By the Religion of Peace. Plus there are more I could reel off. I'm not against the law abiding Muslims but as a community they are worse part. They never take accountability for issues within the communities. The grooming gangs travesty prime example. Prisons are being run by Muslim gangs.

80% of wars in the world involve Muslims.

It doesn't make me racist to bring all the above up. it’s easy to shout the race card but there is more to it then just shouting racist
As we all suspected.....
"Prisons run by Muslim gangs".
Any scraps of credibility you once may have had, have just evaporated.

You are a sick ***** putting that video up. Poor lady in her moment of pain and panic. Only gonna scupper the case against the culprits.
The right wing websites no doubt salavating over this.... violence and trying to justify racism and retaliation.
It's in the public domain, why should I self censor?

What? It's posted because it's shown in court and it's now public.

Sounds more like you want it to be hidden away.

Fucking weird.

They've videos being released by the courts aren't they? I thought the whole point of them being held back until now was so as to not impact the court case.

Maybe it was shown in court but for likes of you to recycle a video for essentially racist undertones is pretty stupid, and not sure the policewoman involved wants that everywhere. The court saw it which is all that matters and will be taken into account in sentencing, fingers crossed it has not prejudiced the case being in wider public circulation. Slippery lawyers try everything in the book for their clients.
Dopey *ucks wouldn't understand this just an insatiable desire to circulate videos for their own gratification hoping it perpetuates prejudices and myths..... and further ignite the culture wars they are enjoying so much.

Are you seriously suggesting that all the new organisations in the country get together and come to some sort of agreement to not use media issued to them by the police & courts in case it makes the defendants look bad?

Not been in the politics side of the forum for a while, looks like its a shame the officer didn't boot the guy in the head a touch harder.

The only reason to investigate him is to establish how he missed the target

Should have booted both blokes and the mum, then found the lawyer and booted him too.

The apologists on here are an embarrassment

You're effectively calling Captain Dart a racist. That's a one sided view of what is essentially thugs resisting arrest, punching an officer breaking their nose, which could have been a lot worse if said constable had fell and cracked their skull.

Yeah but using his logic. It should never be mentioned and just kept quiet.

Bet he's the fella from the trust who was running the council in Rochdale, he thought the same.

Back when this happened I thought the police officer was out of order and should be punished

Now I've seen the footage I would say it's somewhat understandable and a warning is enough and the family need to go to jail
