That may be the case but legally its much easier to stop someone who needs a work permit.

We've seen multiple legal cases against Kneecap and they have all failed. Its not as easy as just saying they shouldn't be performing, you need some valid legal mechanism to stop them.

Oh I agree it needs to go by the book, but I think they’re terrorist sympathising cunts and shouldn’t be allowed to perform.

If that means the law needs to change then fine.
