I’d splurge on Østigård (ooo err) because we need a CB and he’s quality and I actually love him. Györkeres is more of a gamble IMO, I’d rather spend the money on another CB or a GK I think.

If we are to progress next season a better striker than all of our options this season is required. Obviously finding one is the difficult partYes he looks raw because he is young and inexperienced. But you can also see some natural ability and natural footballing skills. More than enough for coaches to work with.
I wouldn't be disapointed with Godden, Walker, Gyokeres and then Biamou as a cheap squad option next year. As long as they are fit which applies to whoever you have.
If we could upgrade on any of them I would not cry either.
I’d sign Michael Smith from Rotherham purely for a plan B option. He’s a lump, and has 10 goals this season.Think there is a decent target man in him who can chip in 10 goals a season. Brings the ball down well on his chest and is strong. At the moment he looks clumsy with the ball at his feet but with coaching I reckon he could be a decent player in this league. Offers something different and would be happy with him plus one new striker to challenge Walker and Godden next season.

There is a loan market, going to be some good young prem strikers about.Really think we won't have a big enough budget for a striker established in this league so mayber a rough diamond in the mould of victor with long term promise if not thee man himself but feel he will need a lot more work on the training ground.

Marcus marossiI'd stick with Wilson and Marossi next season to be honest and use money elsewhere. Whilst both have flaws, neither are calamitous like Burge. If one is injured, I'd be 'relatively' ok with the other one coming in. I think CB and CM should be the focus.
