Quite short but anything Cov related at the minute is worth listening toAny good?
Nothing ground breaking. Asked about the parade and said route should be announced today. He wouldnt be drawn on when tickets go on sale.Any good?
It would not surprise me if we try to pick up highly rated U21s to supplement what we have plus one or two players with Premier League experience.Interesting when asked about transfers and he said it’s going to be about players who have value.
So this is how he gets that glorious quiff so glorious!
Always glad to hear from Doug, even if he can't tell us what we really want to know! After all those SISU years when we heard nothing
In what way? It needs to finish at a place big enough for crowds to gather. Hearsall Common or Memorial ground are the only real viable placesParade route a bit strange
Breaking: football club wants to sign valuable playersInteresting when asked about transfers and he said it’s going to be about players who have value.
I agree. Lamps did well at Chelsea under the transfer embargo working with younger players. To follow the Brentford / Bournemouth model we need to develop young players and also blend with overseas that can be picked up for sensible money and make the grade here. I still think Markelo will be fine for the money paid.It would not surprise me if we try to pick up highly rated U21s to supplement what we have plus one or two players with Premier League experience.
