Whilst Deegan has been an idiot by putting what he did, his actions are those of a semi literate footballer "joking" with a friend - the deliberate and prejudiced behaviour of the staff and owner of Browns towards members of our armed forces attending the funeral of a fallen comrade at the cathedral is far worse, more insulting to those that still love this country and brings shame upon our city.

Going to be very controversial here.

Apparently they have no uniform policy. the member of staff is saying he was not aware of the funeral.

The owner is saying if he was there he would have spoke to them to find out why they were looking to drink in a pub in uniform. Once he would have been made aware that it was for a funeral he would have made an exception.

The speed this had taken off with 30k people agreeing a boycott. No doubt these comments will fall on deaf ears but worth a try.
