Have to admit, if pre season you would have told me our midfield was DKE, Bayliss, Shipley and Doyle I would have thought we would be in trouble.

I hope we go for the jugular from the off as I don't fancy chasing the game in the last 15 minutes on fatigued legs, even with Cambridge's record for conceding late goals. Need to be out of sight by half time so I can relax and enjoy the 2nd half!

Geoff Foster announced the team and then how they will line up and he said it will be Bayliss on the right and DKE and Doyle in the centre.

It only takes half a second's thought to work out that is not what is going to happen.

At one point I’m sure Eakin asked Foster about Baylis and his strengths and he said big great in the air a good centre half. He must have thought he’d said Davis!

Teams a bit scary, but they’ll be dead on their feet after the weekend so maybe for the best.

If we are selling Willis or Stevenson, why are we doing it last minute again? “Everyone’s a selling club” I can get, but there’s ways and means of doing it and we always seem to fuck ourselves over (if in fact we have fucked ourselves over).
