If you can’t change your system or make subs to change a game then you’ll soon be changing employer.

Scary how many late goals they have got. Don’t leave early.

They really go for the win at the end. They dont want to settle for a draw.

Stevenson and the Cup money should have been invested, but no not a penny.
The club needs investing in.

Really showed that we had central players playing in all 4 wide positions today. Lack of delivery into the box from wide areas or any forward endeavour...

Stokes is a centre half at best, offers zero attacking threat as left back.
Willis is a centre half, struggles going forward.
Vincenti, well, I'm not sure he is even a footballer to be honest.
Shipley is a natural centre mid.

We desperately need to reintroduce Jones or sign Baker whichever is closest to being fit and put him on one flank, Reid on the other and put Haynes at left back.....

Baker’s legs aren’t what they used to be. He can’t play that wide role any more.

Who who whoa sweet child of mine - we're only 3 points off the play-offs even after a poor run which is bound to end soon, there's 14 games to go, so a total of 42 points. 3 points more than the team in 7th over that time isn't much now we've got our bad patch out of the way,
Actually when you put it like that , given the dross we've witnessed recently, there is hope. Only a bit though.

2 sub's on, 1 in the 90th minute, what's all that about?

No point putting Reid on at 90, it should have been 60 when we were on top of the game. Really take it to them with him and JCH.

He wanted the point.

Is there anyone who still believes robins shouldn’t be sacked?

Me. I think.

Appreciate it's easy for me to say that sat in a hotel room at East Midlands Airport but I still feel that changing a manager doesn't work all the time. I refer to my post the other day. Things are sh!t at the moment and we can probably write off the autos. I still feel there's long enough to go for our bad run to end and for others above us to have bad runs.

I'm not 100% confident in MR at the moment but genuinely don't know who'd do a better job (and don't say anyone as that's bollocks).

Robins still has the best win ratio of any manager we've had in the past 30 years...and has 2nd place as well. Knee jerk reactions (despite the apparent awful displays) is not the right way.

I still believe he's the right man for the job but my god is he trying my patience. Well done to those who travelled tonight...kudos to every single one of you.

Bitterly disappointed. Another season promises so much then drifts away. Why oh why does it happen year after year?
Robbins is an experienced manager he must have realised that the way he set the team up wasn’t going to win it. I can’t believe he hasn’t got the confidence in himself or the players to go out for a win.

He hasn't gone for the win in a fair few games.

Wins for Luton, Accrington, Wycombe (against Swindon), Notts County, Mansfield and Lincoln with Exeter's match postponed. Not a good night for us to say the least.

If Robins had had a go with the subs this would be easier to take but it’s the sorry lack of ambition typified by settling for a point when three were essential. Season over now, and our continued slide towards the conference....

Here we are again. I really thought we could get away without our usual collapse this time. The comments about the manager are almost the same at this time of the season every year. Only difference is the name of the manager.

And can we stop with all the Carl Baker talk FFS. He was mediocre at best for us last time round and is well past his best.

He is NOT the answer. And no I don't know what is, but it's not Baker.

I know, it's trying to win games not draw them. Every team we were in a promotion battle with wanted to win and not settle for draws.

I think its time for him to realise we can't play for draws every week and he needs to have a bit of bollocks about him and try to kill games off.

RObins

First half hard to take

Took us til half time to get into the game

Away form isn’t great

Weathered their fast start

Give them a pen for a tug on the arm

Go in 1-0 down

Few Home truths spoken

Second half I was pleased

We’re at that stage of the season we need to see games out

Need to defend properly

Allowed them to get first contact. Weak mentally

Disappointed with the second goal

We’ve got injuries and players out but that’s not an excuse

We have players making ridiculous mistakes

Players need to play through the middle

Players know how we want to play

Didn’t stick the knife in and allowed them to win the game, but they didn’t deserve to

By Ht they deserved to be a goal in front

Pleased for Bayliss whose had a tough day today and Saturday

Didn’t manage to get that second goal

Kick up the back side was needed at HT

It’s that choice; are they going to go out and give it a go; give it all for the shirt

Cup game Saturday

Need to be picking points up in next 3 league games

Got a situation where we’ve lost the last 3 games

Got 14 games to see where we are

Can’t rest on our Laurels
