It is odd to decide a player should be in the team regardless of your own admission he is not good enough to play in the role he is there for

A year of seeing Biamou play for us in a lower league tells me all I need to know about his strengths and weaknesses. We should be trying other people in that role.

As it stands what you are trying to say is replacing McNulty with Biamou is sufficient.

Which of his strengths made you think he could do a job at RM?

There's a few actually.

Where do you sit at matches? More than happy to discuss over a beer if you like.

Agree was one of our best players at the end of last season his movement off the ball and confidence has grown massively.

Bakayoko to go straight into the team.

Shudder to think what he reaction will be if he doesn't score with his first shot at goal.

However, imagine if he scores a couple. He will become the best thing since sliced bread.

Fans were pretty good and supportive on Saturday. Some idiots on here aren’t the fan base

Why? He should just put a French accent on and then if he goes 30 without scoring he’ll be a national treasure

Biamou came here with a lot of praise from his former club's fans. Bakayoko hasn't.

You're so obsessed, it's not healthy. If Max Biamou ever goes missing in suspicious circumstances we'll know who to investigate first.

Might be more changes than you think wouldn’t be surprised to see a more defensive set up with the more experienced Brown and perhaps Grimmer brought in and might even draft in Davies too for a back five. What will be interesting is where Bayliss and the new guy Bakayoko fit in if in the same team. Up front no idea the only certainty is Andreu will play somewhere

Hmm difficult but thinking Burge may still not be fit and not convinced Willis is quite there yet either so would bench him given that expecting AFC Wimbledon to go direct.

Reckon MR will stick with a 4-2-3-1 formation

LOB GK
Grimmer RB
Hyam CB
Davies CB
Mason LB
Doyle DCM
Ogogo DCM
Andreau ACM
Hiwala ACM
Bayliss ACM
Biamou ST

Subs: Addai, Sterling, Willis, Brown, Bakayoko, Shipley, JCH

When you look at the above team and subs can see that too, but then look at who isn’t even in that 18 man squad.
Burge, Williams, Thompson, , Allassini, Ponticelli, Westbrooke, Walters, Bosma, Kelly, bet I’ve forgotten someone plus possibly a couple of newbies

I won't - I'm going, so buggered if I'll settle for 0-0 in advance! That said, if we lose 5-4 in a thriller, I'll be back to snatch your hand off!

If this is a free-for-all, can I suggest we throw a pair of gloves at Max and see how he gets on between the sticks?

Its a bit weird as he won young player of the year the season before last. What happened last season for them to go off him so much?

Jones, Willis and Allassani all involved in yesterday's team training sessions by the look of it. Didn't spot Davies or Burge anywhere though:

Would think Jones would need a couple of U23 games just to get into the swing of it.

For sure, wouldn't expect him to play in August. Just nice to see him fully involved rather than rehab on his own, as was the case in the pre-season pics.

I'm in the terrace on Saturday, you?

I think itll take more than one beer for you to convince me that Biamou should be playing Right mid though.

I hope Hiwula doesn’t get pushed out wide for the majority of the season. Looked miles better in the 10 minutes he played up front on Saturday and was unlucky not to equalise late on.

Not too sure where Bakayoko will come into it.

Logical move would be to put Hiwala right, Bakayoko left but where does that leave Bayliss?
