Seems about 30 do, they're making there feelings known outside the council house, fair play to them. At least they're making their voices heard for what they believe.

Do I win a prize, or have all the prizes gone now?
This is genius, whinging about verbals and calling people dicks in the same post. It's pretty obvious Sisu are coining it in Northampton.
Huge attendances, lots of corporate advertising, sponsorship.
Lots of pies sold.
Everything is wonderful there.
Meanwhile in Coventry some pubs adjacent to the Ricoh will have suffered a downturn in trade.
But pubs elsewhere around Coventry will have enjoyed an upturn. (Or supermarket beer shelves, as seems to be the thing these days).
And then a few wannabe clever dicks on here still bat for Sisu.
And if they don't get their way, they get abusive and come out with the verbals.
The key word which has become similar to cruciate before ligament is missing
ML has subsequently stated long lease is the same and would be acceptable
The phrase is clever dicks. Get it right.
While the word unencumbered may be missing Seppala states they will owner return to the Ricoh as owners and will not move forward with a deal that involves the council. Do you not think that would rule out owning the freehold with ACL still in place seeing as CCC hold a 50% stake?
That's interesting and the way I think they should be going. Have you got a link to this, would like to read it in context. Did he state this was now plan A over the new stadium? Surprised I missed it as I've thought this is the best solution for a while, if this is what they are prepared to do they should submit a formal offer to purchase both the Higgs and CCC stakes in ACL. Purchase those and then make a deal to clear the loan in return for a lease extension.
Shmmeee, So, from observers close by, the bar across the road apparently, the anti council protest pulled in - what - 50 people?
That's one heck of a mandate.
There's a lot of rewriting of history going on.
The council, it seems, are major culprits in this Northampton fiasco.
Nothing to do with with the lilywhite Sisu, oh no.
The reality is Sisu are 99.99% responsible for everything.
The council keep a dignified silence while Sisu bluster and threaten. (Which they never do - do they?)
Meanwhile, Sisu are doing fine in Northampton and some dodgy office space in Lockhurst Lane.
Yeah right.
I love all the spinning you do. "dignified silence". LOL.
I am glad to see the thread remained topical and informative..

Such a shame the usual suspects have spoilt it yet again. They claim to want a united voice, yet still after all this time, after all that's said and done - they pipe up to disregard any views or actions which arent 100% in line with theirs.
There is no coming back, until we stop the sniping.
It's happened all season long.. I appreciate that everyone feels differently but I am sure the saying goes "United we stand, divided we will be conquered" the fans need to stand together..

Just so I'm clear Robo... supposing the fans were all in complete agreement, how would this hasten a resolution?
Unified could allow for a stronger voice..

Fisher himself has stated "SISU will own any ground(Including the Ricoh) and NOT CCFC"Your 100% certain that CCFC wouldn't own it? How I feel about CCFC purchasing the Ricoh is something I would love to share with the people who run the Club and would be a lot easier than what we are currently going through.. And then they'd listen right?
Three things
3 ML has subsequently stated long lease is the same and would be acceptable
Nice try - better than astute
I think there's more chance that they'd listen rather than they would stand and take notice immediately

I think too much is made of this issue. I think 98% of fans blame SISU entirely, (look how many turned up at the Council House) that's not far off unity but what difference does it make? Did they listen to 7000 marching through Coventry? This is about a bunch of bloated greedy bastards bearing grudges. Nothing we say is going to change that.
Fisher himself has stated "SISU will own any ground(Including the Ricoh) and NOT CCFC"
Leicester own their stadium...... well actually they don't there owners own their stadium (the lease any way) its all under the King Power Umbrella, speaking to ML this will be near enough exactly the same with CCFC IF they ever owned the Ricoh or there own stadium! Also means IF any one wanted to by the club, then they would have to buy Otium or buy into Otium!
I think theres a lot of confusion and it comes from the club and the way its interpretation to the fans!

Oh, just fuck off you moron. I give up. Good night to you all.
The owners of Leicester City have taken the club forwards. Look where they are now to where they were. They put money into the club. Does the club have a massive debt owed to them?
Then you have our club and SISU. Trying to think of anything similar between the two situations.
You are 100% correct there. But can't you see the cause of it?
We all want something we can join in with. But actions with an aim that is unrealistic will not get most behind it. Sniping at people that realise this don't help. It just divides us even more.
What is the use of demonstrating against the side that looks to of tried to sort this mess out? If I am going to travel over 4 hours each way for a demonstration I want to know it is worthwhile. Why should I do the dirty work for SISU when all they have done for us supporters is treat us with contempt. I am still waiting for some evidence that SISU have been treated as badly as they keep making out. Just about all the evidence points in the other direction though.
Usual suspects? Do you mean those of us that don't look for every opportunity to attack CCC? I want us back in Coventry just as much as anyone else. But I see myself as being realistic. Most people in Coventry don't give a shit about CCFC. So local MP's might lose a few votes if they don't bow down to SISU. They would lose many, many more votes if they caved in. How much would it cost to give Joy what she wants? How much are the cuts to services going to be?
If Timothy, Labo or Joy ever came out with what their plans for our club.....which are realistic and show that our club has a future and where they look to be telling us the truth for once.......we could all get behind them. But what have they done so far to gain our trust? And them holding my club to ransom in Northampton until they get what they want won't get them my backing. I hate bullies. I have never let a bully get away with anything before and will not start now.
If some evidence ever comes out that shows SISU to be the innocent party I will hold my hands up and admit I am wrong. But what has ever come out of allegations they have made before?
A lot of clubs do it this way don't they?
Leicester now own their own stadium and wasn't ripped off by their own council
