Middlesboro decided to not play the game rather than the PL or EFL calling it off and that is why the were deducted the points. Not sure whether Bury & Bolton will be deducted more points.If the game is called off I imagine that Bolton will face further points penalties, as I expect Bury will face too. I know it's way back, but Middlesbrough were docked 3 points I think for not playing a game, and I would expect something similar. If there is no threat of further penalties then there is little reason Bolton would make much effort to get the game played, given their lack of playing resources at this point in time.

But like the guy said it's probably just a pre agreed allocation rather than actual tickets. The supporters club pay extra and know they will get this allocation etc

The away allocation at Bolton can be anywhere up to 5,000, so the gnashing of teeth about who gets tickets first is ridiculous.
