Warnock failed with multiple teams with big transfers paid and big wage bills ..

Hes not as remarkable as you suggest

Could warnock do what Robins has here ?

Exactly. 3 promotions in 26 years is not 'incredible'

Give me an example of warnock flourishing when he hasn't got the best of resources?

Just looked at the 10/11 season, QPR’s total market value was higher than ours by nearly £30M.

better managers get the best resources.

warnock wouldn’t be managing a team heading to league 2 in the same way Klopp wouldn’t be managing Burnley

Robins I feel is a plucky underdog manager who gets the most of out of what he’s got on little expectation. Rotherham was the same. I’d be interested to see how he would do at a bigger club. Same goes for our players

So what you're saying is .. he does well with lesser resources generally.

Colour me shocked

The 2 most miserable supporters we have on here

Platt who never has a happy thing to say about the club and its fans and grendel the perennial Robins hater .

Both agreeing with eachother .. lol

Shocker

@Grendel, what’s the best part of supporting City? What’s your favourite part of it?

No? Man U have failed as Woodward doesnt Appoint big name managers.

I honestly don’t know what that has to do with a discussion not related to the club? Odd

Though compared with the competition that was a paltry amount

I don’t know what most of your posts have to do with anything because you deflect so wildly.

Fair and innocuous question though, is there anything you like about it?

you don’t get the point. The point is that moyes never was a big name at Man Utd abs he can achieve all he likes at West Ham he will never get a bigger job than that - lampard abs Rooney would every time be ahead of him

Warnock was the championship version and would always get the top job ahead of a robins at that time

It’s not even a point about robins it’s the point big managers get big jobs

clearky as I go to every home game. It’s nothing to do with this discussion - mark robins management ability has zero to do with this

Warnock was sacked this season when Boro were 4pts off the play offs. In January, Wilder made 3 perm signings and 2 prem loans and is 3pts off the play offs. Should’ve stuck with Warnock.

In the top half .. you give Robins 10 mill to spend and an extra 10 mill wage budget you dont think we'd be promoted ? I'd say we'd be not far off at all

They'd won 6 from 17 , wilder has almost a 50% win ratio this season , they did the right thing , Wilder is a better manager

He did get a bigger job though .. he managed man utd grendel .. it's already happened .. Lampard and rooney ffs
Neither will achieve fuck all in management

Both premier league clubs that moyes has managed are bigger than West ham united

A lot of unrest behind the scenes though. He was unhappy about having others involved in transfers & recruitment etc. He wasn't prepared to move with the times.

So Warnock is 'incredible' but Mourinho and LVG aren't big names. Honestly the crap he comes out with to justify his bizarre agendas

Reassuring to have a better manager, because they’re going to be in the Championship again next year.
