Can't go to Premier League after today, even on loan.

Well he's not going to get a better offer - at least until January

If he / we were clever we'd offer him a new contract on the understanding that if a Prem club pays enough we won't stand in his way, thus him earning more until January atleast and we could demand a higher fee as he's under a longer contract

Phew, we're safe then?

In which case, can someone who is on twitter let him know what a question mark is and when to use it?

Can this please be the end of the 'bricking it' thread - someone can then bump it in December/January.

I was chilled all day.

Much more important things to worry about in life that whether Tom Bayliss is leaving or not, such as Boris Johnson comments and the line-up for the next Love Island.

Not necessarily a question mark missing, maybe he just can't spell, and is talking about his friend Watts, that everyone is stressing about.

Don't think we are out of thw woods yet with this. I think it was always going to be a Championship club most likely to get Bayliss and they can still offer significant money.

Really nice touch from the lad that tweet. Lets hope he continues to progress and makes it big one day and earns a huge fortune...............but remembers where he learnt his trade.

In fairness to him, his mentality must be different from others due to breaking through into relative success. I genuinely think he could be better than Maddison, hope he continues to develop with us

He should have posted some cryptic stuff first.

I'd have been all over it if it was me, pics saying "on the way", "its been great", "new start" and all sorts

Maybe true yes - but i think the fact that we're all discussing where Bayliss would even get in the team (with current formation) is a sign we're really not a 1 player team.

Don't get me wrong, i'd rather we kept them both!

If we can string together a few wins and be in top 6 after 10 games or so the momentum will be right back!

Momentum? We've played one, lost one.

He also said the momentum will be right back. As I said, we've played one lost one so there is no momentum to get back!

Momentum is two Wembley wins in two seasons, promotion and players wanting to join a club on the rise
Not the loss of one game
