The Phoenix club idea wasn’t seen as anything other than a worst case scenario but it was correctly pointed out as we stand now that might well become a possibility and one chap pointed out in previous cases Newport County is an example where their fans bought the rights to the history and eventually added County to the title, so all in all are seen as the original club was only answering a what if question if sisu liquidated is which apparently they can do, there’s two issues on the horizon one being the filing of our accounts on time I didn’t catch the second.

You can't file without being a going concern can you? Without a ground how can anyone sign us off as a going concern so on that basis the accounts won't be filed which means transfer embargo. Here's what will happen.
People will kick off at games, cause trouble.
This will then give an excuse for stewarding to take the piss.
People will then kick off even more at the club about stewarding.
Wasps and the council piss themselves. ( See duggins public opinion firmly on their side comment after clearly bullshitting about the promises made).
Disband, reform. See who actually wants to remain a member. Then support the team and work with not against all the other parties. They have zero influence so may as well row in behind until their voice carries any weight. There was a game on the Saturday. It was sorted either late on Thursday or Friday (can't remember which). I'm not sure what would've happened if he hadn't done that but I very much doubt we would've all been at the Ricoh on that Saturday.
