I live in Leeds currently and LNER operate a through the night service leaving Kings X at 23.33 and getting me home for 02.40, train is bound for Edinburgh so I hope I don’t make the same mistake as you

Thanks, yes, already done that last week, they said they want me to email them tomorrow. We’ve had no post at all for 7 days; Royal Mail customer services said that this is fine, their service level for 1st class post is 2-14 days. So that’s ok, they’re meeting their targets. Muppets.

I emailed the ticket office today but no response, and then spent over 2 hours in the phone queue without getting through. I think they stopped answering at 4pm but just left calls in the queue. Effing frustrating

Only had a season ticket for 2 years and living in London means I can't get to a lot of the Northern away games midweek, and also impacted by rail strikes last year (don't have a car). Impossible to get enough points to guarantee a ticket, especially given that the points merchants just buy tickets and sell them on to keep their points. FACT.

If you haven't already signed up with the London supporters club. They travel up to most Saturday games. Hope this helps.
