I think its more asking for clarification on how flexible certain aspects of CAT2 status is rather than asking for some extra flexibility. That's how I read it anyway. Besides, what's the alternative? Just throw the towel in and lose the CAT2 status without a whimper? I'll say it again. Time...

You might want to take some time to find out exactly who Chris Millerchip is and what he's done. The man is a walking encyclopedia on law, he even co founded a company that lawyers go to for reference and direction. It may just be possible he understands how futile the JR's are and realises...

If this is true the club need to confirm it. We can then unite and shout at Wasps to get back round the table as the litigation isn't either in the clubs or it's owners hands. How can we fight for our club when it's owners can't be upfront and honest.
