Because they were replaced by a business that took on the existing terms I'd imagine, maybe there was a penalty, but I haven't seen anything to suggest a value. The CCFC arrangement appears different in that there wasn't a replacement coming in on the same terms.

We don't know what Rob is campaigning for do we? Is it the Ricoh or ACL or both? We know that owning the Ricoh won't give the club any money, so presumably it's ACL, but if so they will need the Higgs shares. I think there was a recent court case about that deal.

I don't think anyone is suggesting that the club will buy ACL/Ricoh. The club will carry on paying rent to whoever owns it, unless Fisher decides (on his own) not to pay of course.
