Vote Them Out. Demo on Sat 10 May & campaign aimed at getting councillors to speak.

Benno, I had a look to see if I could find the Higgs skeleton argument but couldn't even find where to look, I think you said the bits you posted were sent to you, do you know where to find any other documents? Thanks.

When I read the parts in bold I found it hard, actually impossible, not to read them without the intended emphasis, clearly that's the point of doing it. You were suggesting that an extract of a mail wouldn't change overall mail, I'm suggesting it could, and I proved it. It would be...

Why do you think they bolded certain parts? It was for dramatic effect.

I don't recall, but do they need to suggest it? They could just do it on the basis suggested above.

By only printing part of them. I had an email from John Terry the other day, here's an extract....Ferdinand is a black @?!@. I left the bit out at the start that said......I definitely didn't say

A valuation, even on this basis, will cost a few thousand. I doubt these guys are stupid enough to waste their money (I hope I'm right). They would need to know what's being valued as well, it's been discussed many times that there is no point owning the ground without at least a share in the lease.

This seems to be a lot of effort if you haven't already got confirmation from SISU that they would be interested in paying a proper price for the Ricoh, and presumably ACL. Have you made any enquiries of SISU? Have you asked Higgs if they are willing to sell their shares?

Vote Them Out. Demo on Sat 10 May & campaign aimed at getting councillors to speak.

Rob S - the Telegraph is reporting this from you........ Rob Stevens, from GCBTR, said: “We warned last October that the council ruling out an unencumbered sale of the Ricoh, and insisting that the club could only return as tenants, would leave our beloved Sky Blues playing ‘home’ games 35...

Will you be wearing your nice tie? Which ward are you hoping to get elected for?

It appears that RFC still has the ability to post.

    Did sisu save ACL?

It's rare that you find someone that is so in love with themselves.

    Did sisu save ACL?

So you're suggesting someone would buy the Higgs shares, then pay a considerable amount for Ltd, and have plenty left over to pay off the creditors (that would be SISU companies would it?). At the end of that they would own a loss making League 1 outfit, and half of a worthless stadium...

    Did sisu save ACL?

I think we can definitely trust SISU, Joy and Deering when they say that Fisher was making the decisions for the club, and therefore they definitely wouldn't have known about this. Forget all that stuff about Joy being hands on, that was just a joke.

    New homes for Exhall

This very thread confirms that the question was posed as you suggest. So fortunately we can assume the normal position of thinking that RFC is a bit of a tit.

    Did sisu save ACL?

Which company is the claimant in the JR? Is it SISU, or another of their companies?
  17. Rusty Trombone

    Did sisu save ACL?

Every word, including Deering saying that ACL was worth nothing, but Joy being a charitable sort, would pay £2m. Also the bit where Deering said the decision to stop paying rent was purely down to Fisher, nothing to do with Joy (think this was after we were told she was 'hands on'). Also the bit...

£4m security on something that was viewed by them as worthless, they are clearly excellent at adding immediate value (obviously they haven't added value to CCFC so far but it's early days I guess).

Not sure it has been proven that it didn't happen.
