If they were to pay a price that any other party were prepared to pay then they would never get their investors money back, unless they were prepared to try and trade their way out over a very long term, maybe making a million or two a year. That doesn't sound like a business a hedge fund would...

As a club that's making massive losses, and with owners that don't have a huge amount of money (their investors might, but will only continue investing if they see a prospect for a return on their investment), then I don't see how we have any choice but to rent somewhere.
