Why can't Sisu accept a temp rent deal

It seems that you're quite prepared to accept that if SISU say they want everything then so be it, we must do what we can to accommodate that to get a deal. It would be understandable for ACL to not give away non football income, I would hope they would be still open to consider a match day...

Why can't Sisu accept a temp rent deal

Not really, I think they have offered them a cheaper deal to entice them back, same as the rent part was discounted more in the first year. In my view it would have been better to offer an all inclusive deal, as then there would be no need for this sort of argument.

Why can't Sisu accept a temp rent deal

Or why did they reduce them by 50%, and thereby run the risk of some people thinking they are increasing later?

Why can't Sisu accept a temp rent deal

How much income do you think the club would generate from these revenue streams?

Why can't Sisu accept a temp rent deal

Looks to be a better deal than buying or building a stadium, especially for a club with little funds.

    Sturridge and other random comments

That was always preferable to turning up to a school game and finding out that there is a girl playing for their team. Predictably she turns out to be the best player on the pitch.

Maybe the others weren't older, but just looked older. A bit like the Napoli player who is 17 and not 41. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26162408

Letter from the club (well Otium Entertainment Group Ltd) thanking me for my support.

I think you should buy at least 10 if you really love the club.

You don't know whether ACL has received this money. I'm sure Higgs want as much money as possible, what charity doesn't. By all accounts no money has been taken out of ACL by way of dividends to shareholders.

It would be nice to see the Higgs skeleton argument though wouldn't it. If only Benno's friend would send him that.

    A few questions for PWKH

Various views are... SISU didn't provide proof of funds to back up paying the £5.5m in instalments, so Higgs felt that was too risky. The offer of £2m was outside of the agreement, and was below what Higgs valued the shares at. The shares are worthless in the view of SISU, so naturally why...

    A few questions for PWKH

It's both. The agreement wasn't for the price of £2m. The agreement was for a price of £5.5m, and it wasn't completed (see a million other threads for people's arguments).

    A few questions for PWKH

Whatever funds/debtors/creditors ACL has in it, regardless of when they were received/arose would be part of any sale. If you buy the shares you take over that portion of the existing business.
