Make that 9… 😏 Millwall, Boro and Ipswich will likely win the majority of their remaining games. They’re in the top 4 for a reason. Ipswich and Stoke host Millwall before now so there will be dropped points. Meanwhile, we’ve had all these 6 pointers and just need to keep the points ticking...

We’re 7 points clear of them… It’s business as usual for us, just carry on winning.

As results stand, Millwall have a 4 point on Ipswich, so much for it being a 2 horse race for 2nd place…

    Ipswich haven’t won at Stoke in 9 games… There’s a chance here!

Player of the year (so far)

Rushworth. Honourable mention for EMC and now Haji after he’s turned a corner since his dry spell. Those 3 are our most important match winners this season. Grimes and MVE are stalwarts that keep this team ticking.

3 points for this one please. We were well the better team at their place.

Agree with that, there’s no really scary away games left. Swansea is the toughplace to go but when you’ve beat Millwall and Boro away, it’s not that scary. Hull are 10th in the home form table so not as good at home as the league table suggests. Watford are 6th, then there’s Blackburn. Hull...

Historically speaking, the Top 4 are conceding a lot more goals than they usually would in most seasons. Our defences are have conceded 38 and 35 goals respectively, last season 3rd place Sheff U conceded 36 goals in 46 games. It’s a pattern that’s relatively consistent going back 4-5 seasons...

With 60% of our remaining games being at home, I just cannot fathom us bottling it from here. When we had our rough patch, it was only our away results that held us back. The only games we dropped points was Ipswich and Oxford since September. Our home form, as things stand, is genuinely on up...

It’s just not likely, is it? It’s possible, just not probable. Likewise, we’re in a position where we need 17-19 points to hit the same overall points tally so we need to be need to average for our season and the chasing pack need to be flawless. The reason Sheff U lost out on automatic...

    Autos - Who Can & Who Can't

Southampton are a good outfit and out towards the top of the form table. We’re in a relatively good position where Southampton need to come to play for a win against us because they’re chasing the playoffs. I also felt that we had the beating of him at their place before the red card. PNE at...

It’ll add up for them imo. I honestly believe Millwall-Boro-Ipswich will take lumps out of one another and we’ll win the league with a decent margin of 4+ points.

    Autos - Who Can & Who Can't

It will be tough, but definitely doable, Wolfenden and Kitching played well and it’s their opportunity to stake a claim. Missing Rudoni whilst he’s at his best is a big loss. Eccles has filled in well, so I’ll back the team to find a way to win at home. 4 points is par so as long as we hit...

In short, we more or less at the required run rate whereas the chasing pack is over performing significantly and still 5-9 points behind. The final stretch is where we need to hit that top gear again to pull away. I’m pretty bullish that we’ll come out with 4 points this week.

    Autos - Who Can & Who Can't

Beat PNE and Southampton and ‘it’s on’ imo. Both games are tough so maximum points is a big ask but two results that demonstrate our worthiness as Champions.

    Autos - Who Can & Who Can't

We’re not promoted until it’s ‘mathematically’ clinched. Which means we’re not going to be promoted by Blackburn unless we got 13 points clear by that game. Which is unlikely imo. If we win the next 3, which will be difficult, it keeps (at worst) 7-9 points clear of 3rd and with 7 remaining...

Were you one of the Cov fans in the home end? At the end of the game, someone flashed their Cov top to the away fans! 😂 Agreed on Armstrong but this was evident for a long time and Tyrese Campbell who many on here admired.

    Unbeaten finish

He’s also going to be under no illusions of his ability. He’s not quite the top tier of LB in the league and he’ll acknowledge that . For the meme, this scenario would be hilarious.

    Unbeaten finish

I agree, if it goes to the wire, I expect the team will win the necessary games. If we’re promoted after Pompey (h), for example, I could see Wrexham beating us because no doubt the celebrations will be wild and Wrexham are in the playoff hunt.

Which is great until we got tonked on the first day… 😂
