Who will own the new stadium?

How many times have that been said the past 6 years? In fact we have a proven record of not being able to predict them. 'They will be gone shortly' 'They won't liquidate the club' 'They will sell as part of the administration' 'They will sell all the best players i the summer' 'Pressley won't be...

Who will own the new stadium?

Maybe - TF said at the fans forum financing will be a mix of equity and loans and selling off leases to other businesses. Only loans will carry interest and the rate depends on the soundness of the company.

Who will own the new stadium?

As said by many in many differenbt threads - the £6m valuation is NOT for the Ricoh. It's a valuation based on ACL being distressed without ccfc playing there - and that valuation is outdated as ACL says they have improved their business and is doing better than when we were a tenant. A new...

Who will own the new stadium?

I don't know - is it relevant? It's not for sale and is said to do better now we've left.

Who will own the new stadium?

I addressed this in another thead. The current investment is around £40m. A new stadium would cost around £20m but also add the same amount of assets, so the net debt would not increase. But club and stadium combined stand a much better chance of generating a profit and would eventually be...

Optimistic About The Transfer Window For Once

It may depend on the wage and not on the price of th player. A new players wage can only amount to 75% of the player going out.

Optimistic About The Transfer Window For Once

We are not under a traditionel embargo are we? I thouht the embargo was because we don't meet the FFP criteria, so can sign players on one-in/one-out basis. I also believed we had a few signings 'in the bank'.

Who will own the new stadium?

Well - anytime you invest in a company you 'hope' to get a return at some point in the future. It's up to sisu to get the best terms for the cub and best terms would be equity capital. If they can't get that then a loan with low interest (not from banks) convertible to equity will have to do...

Optimistic About The Transfer Window For Once

Yes, I think the club will need the money from a sale of Christie to fund some of the incomings.

Who will own the new stadium?

If you by 'commercial rent' mean like £1m+ per year, then you are right. That's why they broke up with ACL. But if the money to buy and build a new stadium mostly comes from interest free investments then a peppercorn rent (match day cost) is likely.

Who will own the new stadium?

You assume a new stadium will load another £40m of net debts? They have invested some £40m at this point - the rest of the current debt is 'old heritage'. It's what they can get above that 40m that can be labelled as return of their investment. If a new stadium cost £20m to build it will also...

Who will own the new stadium?

I do try to have a serious debate with you. Please leave out the cheap wise cracks and sarcasm. Cashflow is relevant if the investors is to see a return on their investments. The only other possibility is selling the investment with a profit. Returning to the Ricoh as tenant seems very...

Who will own the new stadium?

Yes they do own 50% :-) Higgs would have to be paid off by either sisu or ccc. But as I said - it's purely speculation - I have no clue who will win or what consequencs it will have for either part.

Who will own the new stadium?

This is speculation - but I think sisu will want some sort of damage compensation.

Who will own the new stadium?

For many, many years the club have generated only negative cashflow. So the owners have had to inject money - under sisu reign more than £40m. Only if that situaion is rectified and the club (group) actually start generating a positive cashflow can the invstors hope to see a return. So far only...

Who will own the new stadium?

It depends on how profitable ACL are now they have optmized their operation. Apparently they will make more profit in the future now ccfc is no longer playing there. That remains to be seen. On the other hand - if sisu actually win the JR it could happen that the club can acquire ACL or the long...

Who will own the new stadium?

I am guessing on nothing? What exatly do you mean?

Who will own the new stadium?

You miss the point I think - as long as an outside company (outside SBS&L) make a profit, no matter how small or how big, that profit is not benefitting the club. You can offer reduced rent to the club that will of course benefit the club, but if ACL stlll make a profit due to optimized...

Who will own the new stadium?

If sisu get to buy ACL or replace ACL (more likely) with another stadium management company it will be a company under the SBS&L umbrella. In that case 'ACL' profit will benefit the club. Only in the event the SBS&L group overall generate a positive cash flow or if sisu sell on the entire group...
