    sisu strikes again

That argument wouldn't wash in court. But ACL did force sisu to put the club up for sale! It was then bought by ARVO. An item or a property can have fluctuating values. The Deloitte report showed ACL were potentially in trouble, and any bank would either refuse remortaging or demand a premium...

    sisu strikes again

Well, I suspect sisu will ague that the club couldn't afford the rent and all negoiations were futile. They paid what they could afford - 10K per game while frantic cutting all other costs to stay alive. They may even claim that ACL have now offered free rent, and even if ACL have gotten better...

    sisu strikes again

Sisu wanted to pay something like £5m-£6m for the mortgage - ccc paid £14m. If there were no other offers then that alone suggest the ccc used state aid money to create unfair competition.

    sisu strikes again

It is not illegal to refuse to pay rent! No? Time is a great healer and we all have very short memories. Our (the customers) main desire is to support the club. If sisu win the JR and as a consequence gain control over ACL and bring the team home to the Ricoh we will soon be back in numbers.

    sisu strikes again

Don't forget the important part: State Aid money cannot be used in a way that is upsetting fair and free competition. Meaning the loan to ACL cannot be given on better terms that ACL could get from a bank ... or from another lender like sisu. So sisu will make the claim that YB had downgraded...

Are you sure? Try compare this season to last. We are certainly better on the football side, but I suspect we are even better off financially.

    sisu strikes again

My position hasn't changed much over the years. A friendly solution will only happen if all persons involved were replaced. A Merger of ACL and CCFC will never happen as long as Fisher and PWKH are involved. It won't happen as long as various politicians can harvest political capital by...

    sisu strikes again

Oh how have you missed the fact that I am Fisher/Seppala/Duliu/Onye/Brody depending on the point in time. If I am not one of them then at the very least I am a sisu plant. Even if that should not be true, then I am a sisu apologist for sure. Between you and me - I believe the club and stadium...

Maybe Presley will buy replacements then?

    sisu strikes again

I think sisu are likey to win this one, but we will see. But if you are unsure - as I am - maybe you should be more open to what the result could be. Even if that means you need to accept 'the other parties' may in the end have to carry a large proportion of the blame.

So where did you get the 1% chance of winning from?

    sisu strikes again

So you would rather we had brought in players with less ability and less adapt to our style of play - but on a permanent basis - as oposed to PL and Champion League experienced players on a loan basis?

    sisu strikes again

I think the work with the 'blueprint' started back when Waggott came in. The way we play now should in principle be the 'trade mark football of ccfc'. It means the club will replace persons filling a role in the system will be replaced by someone able to fill that role going forward. Yes, people...

    Racing Santander boycott

Yet they are doing a fine job on that cabbage patch. And it's not 35 miles away from THEIR home, is it? And I actually don't like you calling our players 'complete idiots'. Please don't try to enroll the players in this dispute.

    sisu strikes again

I think what is really important is that the club has adopted a blueprint for the style and type of play and only want players who will fit in. When Presley eventually moves on he will be replaced with a manager who is already using that type and style. Continuity is key - even if individual...

They are not really doing a great job racing for the bottom. Even with the advantage of stating on minus 10 they can't seem to manage that simple task. Utterly useless they are.

    Racing Santander boycott

Why would the players want to protest against the owners? It's not like they are life-long supporters who have strong emotions about the off-field politics.
