You mean buy the shares? At a fair value? Yes? Then we agree - when do we start asking CCC to accept sisu's invitation to do an independent valuation? Or two?

No need to be scared just yet - we need 13 points from 15 games to stay up.

Maybe it would be better to buy ACL? (It's me being smug as I have said that all long).

Maybe we should believe them when they say they want the team promoted? If nothing else we can say it's not for the fans, but themselves. It's the only way they can make a profit in a new stadium.

I have not seen any evidence of sisu charging any money. I think OSB made some hypothetical suggestions, but so far no hard evidence.

A large portion was likely interest paid to ARVO. That will most probably increase. It seems ARVO is our bank. Only difference could be if the loans are convertible to equity (I have no idea).

We don't. Sisu are paid by their investors (the funds).

No we do not pay management fee's - it was a cost distribution instrument between SBS&L-Holdings-Limited. £500m is a bit OTT.

    A Question?

FFP is checked every month. Sisu injected money as equity before the January transfer window to lift the embargo. Hopefully they injected enough to take us over the summer without a new embargo.

Management fee's????? How much does the club receive to support the academy?

    A Question?

    A) Yes B) Not really - accounts should be filed on time. Like wages should be paid on time. Last set of accounts may not have been filed on time due to the threat of administration. Some would speculate they didn't file as they planned for liquidation of limited and holdings. The set before was...

    New Stadium financial viability.

I do not believe it was ever the intention to acquire the Higgs shares for free. I think it was always the idea that Higgs would be paid at least what they originally invested.

    New Stadium financial viability.

No, it wouldn't. Buying the Higgs shares would not give control over ACL, so it wouldn't be possible to include ACL revenue in the FFP calculation. (Somebody correct me if I am wrong!).

    New Stadium financial viability.

What is it they say ... 'to every complex problem there's a solution that is clear, simple and wrong'. I am suggesting that if ACL is part of (owned by) SBS&L group their revenue is counted towards the FFP. Forget the F/B revenue, that's peanuts and wont do much. Higgs never accepted, both...

    New Stadium financial viability.

They did due diligence on ACL and apparently found it wasn't worth paying the set formula price for the Higgs shares. Since then ACL did some cost cutting and business development exercises that kind of imply sisu were right? Funny thing is if sisu had bought the ACL mortgage at distressed value...

    New Stadium financial viability.

Yes - fresh equity counts towards the FFP. Sisu used the trick before the January window to lift the transfer ban. But why should they continue to do so - should they put in another £Xm per year when those £Xm could just as well come from the turnover ACL already generate? How much is the ACL...
