I think you misunderstood my point. What I mean is that sisu/ML seem very upset/frustrated (that's the smoke) and that there must be a reason for this (there's the fire). I can't myself understand their reasons (I can't see the fire) but it would be nice to know.

I think if they were offered to buy the shares in ACL at a fair Price they would take it. Higgs probably would be happy to sell their 50% - it's all up to CCC to offer their 50%. All the nonesense about how everybody have moved on ... well, they have all moved to the position where the choice...

ACL cannot resolve the situation - nothing they can offer will bring back the Club. The only way to bring back the Club to the Ricoh is an agreement to sell the shares in ACL to SBS&L. Add to that a new long lease (99yr) in Exchange for the £14m ccc loan.
