Sky Blues Trust - Open Letter

Were the club the ones to stop working with the trust? If I remember correctly the trust was born out of two versions of SOC ... Sisu-out-campaign and Save-out-city. Their first manifest was all about working with the club, but it never materialised and it has changed a few times to what it is...

Sky Blues Trust - Open Letter

You're not going to like it, but in mind opinion having the fans trust leaning slightly more towards the clubs owners than the stadium management company is better for the club long term. Club owner and fans reps need to work together. If the trust adopt a more pragmatic stance I can only...

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

Otium is the club, isn't it?

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

Hmm - according to previous statements ACL does have a few preconditions: http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/ricoh-arena-firm-coventry-city-7402539

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

Ok - where should ACL compromise?

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

So if I am correct this is the general consensus: ACL should: - sit back and wait for ... Sisu should: - Withdraw the appeal - Pay £590k to ACL - Call ACL and ask for 'negotiations' - Accept any rent deal offered (we expect approximately £400k p.a.) - Abstain from any match day revenues - Pay...

Acl to comment on Ricoh arena position

But the escrow was a security for rent if not paid by the club under the lease. Now the club and lease is gone - who owns the money in the escrow? ACL?

Acl to comment on Ricoh arena position

Very funny. But you evaded my main point - the discount.

Acl to comment on Ricoh arena position

You forget the discount. ACL settled the £500t for £300t. That mean ACL have written off £200t whichever way you go. They main issue is if the FL accepts the money paid by McGinnity/Robinson is part of the money Otium owed ACL. If not ACL are still owed £590t - but if it is ACL are only owed £90t.

Acl to comment on Ricoh arena position

If nothing else, I think this shows the importance of club and stadium being fully united under SBS&L. The statement can be read in many ways, but not really as a 'come let's talk'. Is it a sign that ACL is not in a position to offer any discount, but badly need all the cash? Like earlier (in...

Glimmer of light for SISU... breaking even at least last year and this

Is this Otium or SBS&L? Or the group? I find it hard to believe the group can break even in the year ending Mar 31st, 2014. All the costs of administration and liquidation of Limited/Holdings will make an impact. This year may be different though.

What happens next when Sisu appeal?

Isn't that what happens at most court cases? Two parties using bits and pieces from the legislation to back their arguments and prove their case?

/what us fans need to know What if......

Hoffman of course. He will personally pay the rent and match day costs.

What happens next when Sisu appeal?

Not that I remember, but it has been said a few times that the creditors have written off the loans. Only it doesn't show in SBS&L's books.

What happens next when Sisu appeal?

It's one for OSB, but he did notice that the loans in SBS&L to the original funds were due this December. If true, why? And what happens then? No way the loans can be repaid, so will they be restructured? Bought by ARVO? Written off?

What happens next when Sisu appeal?

Yes - the loans to the original investors are due on dec 31st. Why? That is one question I really would like an answer to.
