At no point have I ever said SISU should get it on the cheap. They should pay the price that is fair, and that would be offered to any other party should they wish to make that purchase. So is that your reason why legally they can't? Because all you've said is the law stops them giving it on...

I think that the club needs the whole package to build a sustainable future. I do appreciate that total package would cost, and there is no way SISU should get it on the cheap. So if it was available they should pay the correct price for it. Not sure if I totally answered your question...
