It's not about believing SISU is it? All sides agreed that discussions did occur and that was the value talked about. I'm merely wondering why the apparent shift in the value from the bank?

I'm not suggesting anything untoward necessarily, but they were talking about SISU buying out the distressed debt at about £6m, then when they go and do another deal.. the bank reject all offers up to the full £14m amount. Why would they do that (and I mean the bank), if the talk was that £6m...

Are you saying that the bank blocked their reasonable solution? If you are does that not raise questions as to why?

If Wilson feels that strongly he does not have to leave. He has a contract in place until end of next season.

These are the rules that are in place for FFP. They can't skirt around them. They are still adding to debt through the interest from existing debt, as this doesn't fall under the SCMP. They can if they choose, give Pressley as much as they want... What they actually give him is another...

Better to have 11 home grown academy and 11 good senior pros than 5 graduates and 17 journeymen. Elvis knows what he's doing.

I got the impression from the article that Pressley wants to have half the squad from the Academy. So he obviously sees something in them. The obvious prominence of Wilson aside , I think they have done wonders developing some of our young players. Willis and J.Clarke have both come on...

You are right, and if SISU were to get their investment back then they would one of a very few that made any money out of a football club. Getting to PL would be the best bet of getting back as much as they can, they've obviously had their fingers burned... but that is their own fault because of...

Jesus Tony, I said most becasue last time I checked I couldn't travel forward in time to check the price of the sale. Then you go off on a rant based on a single word. It's speculation... just like the rest of your statement.

True - I would have thought some money would also come back from TV monies and other areas (sponsorship). If the club could secure 2/3 years in Prem then they could probably sell getting back most of their investment.

I agree - would need to be made crystal clear to fans how this setup would work.

Of course it would... but IF it did all happen PL clubs are not sold for £70m - you'd expect to get more surely?

Yes that is true... It is the same type of setup that exist at a lot of clubs. Arsenal do not own their own stadium, it is owned by another company within the setup.
