Sky Blues return is "essential" for businesses to survive

No worries... I'm mostly concerned about any FL sanctions... and luckily I can't see a reason how we could get any - certainly not relating to these issues. SISU just need to pay up what they are told by the court. Then they can get on with abandoning the appeal and start talking.

Sky Blues return is "essential" for businesses to survive

Not quite though is it. SISU's court costs have absolutely no relation to the football league. The money for ACL is secured in an account by the FL. So there is no real reason whatsoever that we are likely to have any kind of points deduction. Clearly SISU need to pay up court costs, drop the...

Wasn't there talk about changing the format of the competition this year? Something about a group stage?

Don't worry - when Michael returns from his hiatus he will be able to answer absolutely any questions you may have and clarify everything so it is crystal clear...

Where can TheSky Blues finish next season?

Are you stuck in a timewarp?

    Michael Higdon

There has been an assumption (mostly suggested by CET) that the club won't pay a fee... but maybe they just won't pay a fee for him. We do need some strikers - perhaps a fee could be better spent elsewhere?

    Baker going

He at least has shown a desire to want to play for our club, which is sadly lacking in the days of the mercenary. I'm personally disappointed to see him leave - but it is probably best for both parties as it may allow us to replace him with 2 players, and he gets regular football which someone...

    Michael Higdon

Pressley is still hoping to sign two more strikers, one of whom is Bournemouth’s Josh McQuiod on loan. “We’re still actively chasing McQuoid,” said the manager who dismissed reports that City are in for Michael Higdon of Dutch club NEC and who is a former team-mate of Pressley’s from their...

    Resolutions

KCIC is an ineffective approach. It may be a popular one, and I can see why people buy into it... But they've achieved nothing. I read on further, and looked at some of the other posts, and most of the vitriol is aimed at the SBT. It is like some people expect 'well I payed my quid... Why...

    Appeal Decision?

Hopefully the silence from SISU means they are going to leave it alone regarding the appeal. If that is the case, we know that the FL are dealing with the 590K monies so I can't now see a reason if this happens for talks not to start.

    New statement

Clearly the only way is going to be success on the pitch.. and that means getting to PL. I don't think they have an exit strategy, because I think they are planning on being here a long while.

But they won't will they.... they have met the conditions set out by the FL. You're making an argument out of something that is non-existent now.

    New statement

Like SISU controlled the previous ESCROW? If that was the case then surely SISU would never have authorised for ACL to draw down from it during the rent strike. The FL control the ESCROW - no one else. The league haven't issued payment because there is challenge to how much should now be paid...

    New statement

You have no idea what you are talking about - that is complete guesswork. SISU need to drop the appeal - ASAP. Whether they come out publicly and do it or say privately in negotiations that for the two parties to decide. ACL need to realise that they are going to get their money... it's now...
