Would you be able to clarify if they will accept that the funds are now with the FL for that particular caveat?

    Time to contact the FL

'It doesn't matter if your waiting for your next meeting... pay the fucking money already' :guitar2:

    New statement

The money is with the FL - it is their arrangement, and for them to distribute when and how they see fit. How difficult is it to understand.....?

    New statement

I thought the whole point of an ESCROW is that a third/another party is in control of it. SISU pay in, and someone else determines where the money goes, but also you can't withdraw from it yourself without the permission of the controlling party. Surely that would have been what was in place...

    New statement

I suppose it could well be in their proposal. Again - I see that they used the phrase 'own our own stadium'.. no mention of build.

    Why no shirt sponsor

Apart from the 'L' word of course. And then it's like gospel.

    Why no shirt sponsor

Maybe ACL are the sponsor so it will be announced with a Ricoh return....

Bad news: negotiations are not taking place

If Michael wants to position himself as the voice of the fans then all he has to do is engage in a meaningful debate and he might get considerably more support. Of course he's entitled to speak his mind... as long as he realises he doesn't speak for all the fans, and more importantly he doesn't...

Bad news: negotiations are not taking place

Bad news: negotiations are not taking place

So anyway back on track... is Michael ever going to explain his self-pronounced deadline day, and how exactly he can confirm that no contact had been made between the parties. Or he just going to peddle his latest sermon and then fuck off like all the other times.
